Արագածոտնի թեմը հայտարարություն է տարածել դեպքի մասին, որն առերևույթ պարունակում է հանցանքի հատկանիշներ։
Փաստաբան Վահան Հովհաննիսյանը հայտնում է. «Արագածոտնի Թեմի անդամներին կամ հիշյալ գործողություններին ներկա գտնվող անձանց խնդրում եմ ինձ տրամադրել համապատասխան նյութեր՝ հանցանքի առկայության դեպքում հաղորդում ներկայացնելու նպատակով։
Արագածոտնի թեմի հայտարարության մեջ ասվում էր. «Դեկտեմբերի 31-ին Թալինի Սուրբ Աստվածածին Եկեղեցում հոգեւորականների կողմից կատարվելիք «Նռնօրհնեքի» կարգը խոչընդոտվել է Թալինի համայնքապետի եւ տեղի կարգալույծ եղած նախկին հոգեւորականի՝ Արամայիս Թախմազյանի կողմից։
Համայնքապետի հետ զրույցից հետո հոգեւորականները և հավատավոր ողջ ժողովուրդը անախորժություններից և բախումներից խուսափելու համար դուրս են եկել Եկեղեցուց։ Որից հետո, եկեղեցում համայնքապետի և կարգալույծ անձի ներկայությամբ «արարողություն» է կատարվել:
Նրանց կողմից եկեղեցին լքելուց հետո միայն թեմի հոգեւորականները հավատացյալ ժողովրդի հետ միասին ամանորյա աղոթք են արել և «Նռնօրհնեքի» կարգ են կատարել։
Թալին համայնքի ղեկավար Տավրոս Սափեյանը հայտնել է, որ 2026թ. հունվարի 6-ին Սուրբ Ծննդյան և Աստվածահայտնության տոնին նվիրված Սուրբ և Անմահ Պատարագին իր անձը պետք է ներկայացվի, որպես Թալինի Սուրբ Աստվածածին Եկեղեցու խաչքավոր և պնդել է, որ Պատարագի ժամանակ պետք է զեղչվի Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի անունը:
Արագածոտնի թեմն իր մտահոգությունն է հայտնում վերոնշյալ անախորժ պատմության և համայնքապետի հակականոնական պնդումների կապակցությամբ և հիշեցնում է
Թալին համայնքի ղեկավար Տավրոս Սափեյանին ու նրա կողմնակիցներին, որ Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու օրինական գործունեությունը կամ կրոնական ծեսի կատարումը խոչընդոտելը հանդիսանում է քրեական հանցագործություն: Եվ ամենակարեւորը. Հայ Եկեղեցում խաչքավոր կարող է լինել նա, ով ամբողջությամբ ընդունում է Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու կարգուկանոնը, սրբազան ավանդությունը և վերջինիս անբաժանելի մաս կազմող նվիրապետությունը:
Արագածոտնի թեմը հորդորում է հավատավոր ժողովրդին պահպանել հանդարտություն և չտրվել սադրիչ նախաձեռնությունների ազդեցությանը։ Եկեղեցի ուղղվելիք ձեր քայլերը, սիրելի ժողովուրդ, թող դրսևորումը լինեն միմիայն աղոթքի, համերաշխության ու միասնականության։
