Դատախազը 2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 26-ին, հաստատված մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, իրավասու դատարան է հանձնել հակամրցակցային գործունեության համար մեղադրվող տուրիստական 7 ընկերությունների տնօրենների վերաբերյալ քրեական վարույթի նյութերը: Այդ մասին NEWS.am–ին հայտնում են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից։
Քննչական կոմիտեում քննված քրեական վարույթով պարզվել է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում տուրիստական գործունեություն ծավալող 7 ընկերությունների ղեկավարներ մտադրվել են հակամրցակցային գործունեության միջոցով շուկայից դուրս մղել տուրիստական գործունեությամբ զբաղվող մեկ այլ ընկերության:
Մասնավորապես՝ տուրիստական գործունեություն ծավալող 7 ընկերությունների ղեկավարներ, հակամրցակցային համաձայնություն ձեռք բերելու արդյունքում, հրաժարվել են վերոնշյալ տուրիստական ընկերությանն ավիատոմսեր վաճառելուց և այդ ընկերության հետ աշխատող գործընկերների հետ համագործակցելուց: Նկարագրված հակամրցակցային գործողությունների հետևանքով՝ տվյալ ընկերությունը, գտնվելով մրցակցության սահմանափակման մեջ, հնարավորություն չի ունեցել պատշաճ իրականացնել տուրիստական գործունեություն. 130 հայ զբոսաշրջիկներին Եգիպտոսի Հուրգադա քաղաք տեղափոխելուց հետո չի կարողացել կազմակերպել նրանց վերադարձը Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն:
Խնդրի լուծման նպատակով՝ Կառավարության 2019 թվականի հուլիսի 26-ի 933-Ն որոշմամբ՝ Եգիպտոսում գտնվող շուրջ 130 քաղաքացիների՝ Հայաստան տեղափոխման ծառայությունների իրականացման համար Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդից Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությանը հատկացվել է 47 միլիոն 198 հազար դրամ, իսկ 2019 թվականի օգոստոսի 1-ի 983-Ն որոշմամբ՝ նույն նպատակի համար Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարությանը հատկացվել է 5 միլիոն 838 հազար դրամ:
Դատախազը 2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 16-ին հանրային քրեական հետապնդումներ է հարուցել տուրիստական 7 ընկերությունների տնօրենների նկատմամբ, իսկ 2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 26-ին՝ քրեական վարույթի նյութերը հանձնել է իրավասու դատարան:
Միաժամանակ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը պատճառված վնասը վերականգնելու նպատակով ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունը քաղաքացիական հայց է ներկայացրել դատարան: Դատարանի՝ 2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 25-ի վճռով՝ հօգուտ ՀՀ պետական բյուջեի կբռնագանձվի 53 միլիոն դրամ՝ որպես պարտավորության գումար։
