«ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորումը վճռականորեն դատապարտում է իշխող վարչախմբի պարագլխի և տիրադավ եպիսկոպոսների կողմից համատեղ փաստաթղթի ստորագրումը և դրանից բխող գործողությունների ծրագիրը:
 
• Դրանով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և նրա կամակատարը դարձած բարձրաստիճան հոգևորականները փաստացի հայտարարում են, որ անթույլատրելի և հակասահմանադրական եղանակով միջամտելու են Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ եկեղեցու ներքին կյանքին և կանոնական հարցերին:
 
Տիրադավ եպիսկոպոսները, իրենց ստորագրությունները դնելով վարչախմբի պարագլխի ստորագրությունից հետո, գործընթացին բացահայտ քաղաքական և հակասահմանադրական երանգ են տալիս` այդպիսով դեմ դուրս գալով իրենց իսկ ստանձնած «եկեղեցին ապաքաղաքականացնելու» կեղծ հանձնառությանը:
 
 Առավել դատապարտելի է վարչախմբի պարագլխի սադրիչ քայլը` Սուրբ Ծննդյան օրով կեղծ «ուխտերթ» կազմակերպելու և մարդկանց իրար դեմ հանելու` մեր ժողովրդին կրկին պառակտելու նպատակով:
