Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանը հայտարարել է, որ ընդդիմությունը չունի հետևողական, բարեխիղճ կամ սկզբունքային դիրքորոշում Սև ծովի, Արևելյան Միջերկրական ծովի, Գազայում, Լիբիայում կամ Սիրիայում տեղի ունեցած ցեղասպանության վերաբերյալ, հաղորդում են տեղական լրատվամիջոցները։

«Նրանք միայն գիտեն՝ ինչպես անել, որ մեր կառավարությանը դեմ լինեն։

Հենց նրանք էին, որոնք ռուս-ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի սկզբնական օրերին քննադատում էին մեր կառավարությանը իշխանության կենտրոնների պահանջով, որոնց հիմա խոնարհվում են։ Հենց նրանք էին, ովքեր ասացին. «Մենք պետք է բանակցենք Ասադի հետ», երբ տապալված սիրիացի առաջնորդը փախավ իր երկրից։

Հենց նրանք էին, որ Ղարաբաղում 44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ հայկական Սփյուռքի հետ համաձայնության գալով, դեմ էին Ադրբեջանին մեր աջակցությանը։

Հենց նրանք էին, որոնք Գազայում տեղի ունեցած ցեղասպանության ժամանակ պաղեստինյան դիմադրությունն ահաբեկչություն անվանեցին։ Հենց նրանք էին, որոնք տարիներ շարունակ Թուրքիային ISIS-ին մեղադրում էին աջակցելու մեջ։ «Նրանք էին, որոնք կազմակերպում էին ուղևորություններ դեպի Եվրոպա՝ Թուրքիայից բողոքելու համար։ Նրանք էին, որոնք շարք կանգնեցին՝ շնորհավորելու նրանց, ովքեր պաշտպանում էին միջամտությունը իրենց երկրների գործերին»,- նշել է Էրդողանը։
