Այսօր արդեն մեկ տարի է անցել այն օրից, ինչԾառուկյանը հայտարարեց քաղաքականությունից հեռանալու մասին: Այժմ, թոթափելով հուզական գնահատականներ հնչեցնելու և այսրոպեական ինտրիգներին տրվելու գայթակղությունը, փորձենքիրատեսական գնահատական տալ մեկամյա վաղեմության իրադարձություններին: Եվ այսպես, ստեղծված քաղաքական իրողությունների ֆոնինԳագիկ Ծառուկյանն ուներ ընտրության երեք հնարավորություն.
1. Ընդունել մարտահրավերը և ժողովրդին մղեր արկածախնդիր արյունահեղության, մի բան, որ անգամ իրեն այդ քայլին դրդել փորձող լիդերները երբեք չփորձեցին անել, երբ ունեին այդ հնարավորությունը:
2. Կազմել կոալիցիա և շարունակել իշխանության հետ սերտաճումը՝ իր և իր թիմի համար դրանից բխող իշխանական հնարավորություններով:
3. Հեռանալ արժանապատիվ կերպով:
Ծառուկյանն ընտրեց երրորդ տարբերակը: Սակայն, ի տարբերություն քաղաքականությունից հեռացած շատ այլ գործիչների, նա շարունակեց ազդեցիկ ներկայությունն իր երկրում՝ ներդրումների, բարեգործությունների և նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման տեսքով: Բավական է թեթև հայացք նետել քաղաքականությունից հեռանալուց հետո այդ մարդու գործունեությանը՝ հասկանալու համար, թե ինչպիսի կարևոր դերակատարություն է ստանձնել Ծառուկյանը հասարակական սեկտորում:
Մեկ տարվա ընթացքում, Ծառուկյանի ահռելի ներդրումներից հետո, բացվեց ՀԱՕԿ-ի նոր մասնաշենքը, որը նախադեպը չունի տարածաշրջանում: Տնտեսական ներդրումներից բավական է հիշատակել «Առինջ մոլի» շինարարությունն ու բացումը, որը փոքր ու միջին ձեռնարկատերերի համար ուղղակի փրկություն է. նրանց տրամադրվեցին անվճար տաղավարներ, մի քանի տարովգործարարներն ազատվեցին վարձավճարներից: Եվ դրանց թիվը հսկայական է, այնտեղ գործում են1000-ից ավելի ՓՄՁ-ներ:
Այսքանից հետո Ծառուկյանը նույնիսկ հայ և եվրոպացի գործարարների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ պատրաստակամություն հայտնեց լինել նրանց երաշխավորը, տրամադրել գումարներ, որպեսզի հետագա ներդրումների համար բանկերից մարդիկ վարկ չվերցնեն:
Քաղաքականությունից հեռանալուց հետո Ծառուկյանի հիմնադրամը վերապրոֆիլավորվել ու վերակազմավորվել է, նոր ծրագրեր են մշակել: Բարեգործական ուղղություններով իրականացվող ծրագրերի աշխարհագրությունն ու ծավալներն ընդլայնվել են: Այժմ իրականացվում են անգամ համահայկական խոշոր ծրագրեր, օրինակ՝ Լիբանանում հայ համայնքին 600 հազար դոլարի աջակցություն: Այս փաստերը թափանցիկ են ու հայտնի են բոլորին: Կարևոր է, որ քաղաքական ամբիցիաները նրան չմղեցին արկածախնդրության:
Ծառուկյանը հասկացավ, որ արյունահեղության փոխարեն անհրաժեշտ է սթափ մտածելակերպ և պետության հիմքերն ամրացնելու կամք: Ու նա գնաց այդ քայլին: Խորհրդանշական է, որ հայտնի իրադարձություններից ուղիղ մեկ տարի անց ՀՅԴ-ն բանակցում է ՀՀԿ-ի հետ՝ իշխանության մաս ստանալու համար:
Մինչդեռ Ծառուկյանը գերադասեց արժանապատիվ հեռանալ և լինել իր ժողովրդի կողքին:
