Ինֆլուենցա A. Գրիպի այս տեսակն անտեսելը կարող է բերել առողջական լուրջ հետևանքների

Գրիպ A-ն խիստ վարակիչ շնչառական հիվանդություն է, որը տարբերվում է այլ տեսակի վիրուսներով պատճառվող ընդհանուր մրսածությունից։
Ընդհանուր մրսածությունը կամ սուր շնչառական վիրուսային վարակը պատճառվում է շուրջ 200 վիրուսներով և ունի ավելի մեղմ ընթացք, քան այս գրիպը։ Գրիպը նույնպես ունի վիրուսային ծագում և առողջ մարդկանց մոտ սովորաբար վտանգավոր չէ։ Սակայն գրիպի վիրուսի տարբեր շտամներ կարող են որոշ իրավիճակներում զարգացնել ծանր հիվանդություն։
Կան գրիպի վիրուսի երեք տեսակներ՝ A, B և C։ Գրիպ A-ն ավելի ծանր վարակ է, քան մյուս երկուսը, քանի որ այն կարող է առաջացնել վարակի մեծ բռնկումներ։
Գրիպի վիրուսը մշտապես փոփոխվում և զարգանում է, և աշխարհի տարբեր տարածաշրջաններում յուրաքանչյուր տարի հայտնվում են վիրուսի նոր շտամներ, որոնք միմյանցից տարբերվում են մի շարք հատկություններով։
Մարդկանցից բացի գրիպ A-ն կարող է վարակել կենդանիներին, այդ թվում՝ թռչուններին (թռչնագրիպ) և խոզերին (խոզի գրիպ, H1N1)։ Որոշ դեպքերում գրիպի այս տեսակները կարող են փոխանցվել մարդկանց։
Գրիպով վարակվելիս կարող են զարգանալ հետևյալ ախտանիշները՝
ջերմության կտրուկ բարձրացում, որն ուղեկցվում է դողով ու սարսուռով,
գլխացավեր և մկանացավեր,
ընդհանուր հոգնածության և թուլության զգացում,
հարբուխ, «հոսող» կամ «փակ» քիթ,
ըմպանի ցավոտություն և հազ։
Երեխաների մոտ կարող են ի հայտ գալ նաև որովայնային ցավեր, սրտխառնոց և փսխումներ։
A գրիպը նման է ծանր ընթացող մրսածության, սակայն վերջինս սովորաբար հոդացավեր կամ մկանացավեր չի առաջացնում։
Անհապաղ դիմեք բժշկին, եթե ի հայտ են գալիս նոր գանգատներ, օրինակ՝ կրծքավանդակի շրջանի ցավեր, օդի պակասի զգացում և հևոց, գլխապտույտ, շշմածություն կամ կրկնակի փսխումներ։
Գրիպով վարակվելիս սովորաբար ախտանիշները մեկ շաբաթվա մեջ աստիճանաբար մեղմանում են։
Որոշ մարդկանց մոտ գրիպը կարող է ստանալ ծանր ընթացք և բերել լուրջ բարդությունների (օրինակ՝ թոքաբորբ): Գրիպի այսպիսի անցանկալի ընթացքն ավելի հաճախ դիտվում է մանկահասակ երեխաների, տարեցների, հղիների և քրոնիկ առողջական խնդիրներով մարդկանց մոտ։
Գրիպը մի մարդուց մյուսին փոխանցվում է շատ հեշտությամբ։ Անհրաժեշտ է փակել դեմքը փռշտալիս կամ հազալիս, ինչպես նաև հաճախակի լվալ ձեռքերը։
Եթե շրջապատում կա գրիպով հիվանդ մեկ այլ մարդ, կարելի է կանխարգելել վիրուսի տարածումը՝ մաքրող լուծույթով պարբերաբար սրբելով այն մակերևույթները, որին կարող է նա հպվել։
Որոշակի կանխարգելիչ նշանակություն կարող է ունենալ նաև մինչև ձմեռն սկսվելը գրիպի դեմ տարեկան պատվաստում ստանալը։ Գրիպի դեմ պատվաստումը ցուցված է հատկապես այն մարդկանց, ովքեր պատկանում են գրիպի բարդությունների ռիսկի խմբին կամ ապրում ու աշխատում են մարդաշատ միջավայրում, որտեղ ավելի բարձր է գրիպով վարակվելու ռիսկը։
