«OdaTV»-ի լրատվական կայքում հրապարակվել է հոդված, իբրև «պատմական որոշում» է կայացվելու և «հայ ժողովուրդ»-ը դուրս է գալիս Սահմանադրությունից:

Առանձին անդրադարձ չկատարելով հրապարակման յուրաքանչյուր կետին՝ հայտնում ենք, որ Նոր Սահմանադրության վերաբերյալ այդ հրապարակումն ամբողջությամբ կեղծիք է և չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Ներկայացվող տեղեկատվությունն ամբողջությամբ խեղաթյուրում է Նոր Սահմանադրության հնարավոր փոփոխությունները:

Հարգելի՛ քաղաքացիներ, հաշվի առնելով, որ նոր Սահմանադրության մշակման գործընթացն իրականացվում է Արդարադատության նախարարության կողմից, պարզաբանում ենք գործընթացի բոլոր մանրամասները:

Ներկայում գործում է Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների խորհուրդը, որը բաղկացած է օրենսդիր, գործադիր, դատական իշխանությունների, արտախորհրդարանական ուժերի և հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներից: Խորհուրդը գլխավորում է Արդարադատության նախարար Սրբուհի Գալյանը: Խորհուրդն աշխատում է համակարգված և մանրակրկիտ՝ քննարկելով Սահմանադրության յուրաքանչյուր գլխում առաջարկվող փոփոխությունները: Նպատակն է ապահովել, որ յուրաքանչյուր առաջարկված փոփոխություն լինի հիմնավորված, հաշվի առնվեն մասնագիտական կարծիքները, ինչպես նաև հասարակական և քաղաքական շահերի լայն տեսանկյունը:

Տեղեկացնում ենք, որ Խորհրդի քննարկումները, առաջարկությունները և ընդունված որոշումները դեռևս չեն հանդիսանում նոր Սահմանադրության տեքստը: Ամեն ինչ կախված է ժողովրդի վերջնական որոշումից, որը տեղի կունենա հանրաքվեի միջոցով: Սահմանադրության ցանկացած փոփոխություն կկատարվի միայն այն դեպքում, եթե հանրաքվեով կհաստատվի նոր Սահմանադրություն ընդունելու հարցը:

Այս գործընթացն արտացոլում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ժողովրդավարական սկզբունքների պահպանումը և ընդգծում է, որ վերջնական խոսքը պատկանում է միայն ժողովրդին:

Արդարադատության նախարարությունը կոչ է անում լրատվամիջոցներին և հանրությանը հիմնվել պաշտոնական տեղեկատվության վրա և զերծ մնալ անհիմն ենթադրություններից, քանի որ նոր Սահմանադրության բարեփոխումների գործընթացը բաց է և գտնվում է բոլորի տեսադաշտում: Նշենք, որ նոր Սահմանադրության տեքստը հանրաքվեի կդրվի համապետական ընտրություններից հետո:

Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների խորհրդի կողմից կայացված նիստերի, քննարկվող թեմաների վերաբերյալ Արդարադատության նախարարությունն իրականացնում է իրազեկում: Եվս մեկ անգամ կոչ ենք անում հետևել միայն նախարարության կողմից հրապարակվող պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություններին:
