2016 թ.-ից մինչև 2025 թ. հունվարի 1-ը սեփականատիրոջ միջոցներից ընկերության աշխատակիցներին տրամադրվել է շուրջ 11,2 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ, դա ժողովրդի հաշվին չի եղել, այլ՝ սեփականատիրոջ. արձագանք՝ Փաշինյանին

«Հանրային հսկողը» արձագանքել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այսօրվա սկանդալային հայտարարությանը։

Հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է. 

Ի պատասխան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունների
 
1) Ինչ վերաբերում է այն պնդմանը, թե իբր Հայաստանում չկա ընտանիք, որից ՀԷՑ ՓԲ ընկերությունը չի գողացել, հստակ նշում ենք, որ այդ հայտարարությունը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը։ Այս հարցով ընկերության աշխատակազմը մշտապես հանդես է եկել սկզբունքային դիրքորոշմամբ և պայքարել է ցանկացած նման երևույթի դեմ։ Հարկ ենք համարում նաև նշել, որ երբ ընկերությունը դարձավ Տաշիր ընկերության սեփականություն, վիճակը մի քանի անգամ ավելի վատ էր, կան բազմաթիվ փաստեր: ՀԾԿՀ վերջին նիստի ընթացքում ներկայացված տվյալները միանշանակ ցույց են տալիս այդ պնդման անհիմն լինելը։ Երկրի ղեկավարին զեկուցողին հորդորում ենք ճշգրիտ տվյալներ տրամադրել:
 
2) Անհրաժեշտ ենք համարում ընդգծել, որ վարկային միջոցները սակագնի մեջ ներառված չեն, և դրանց սպասարկման տոկոսադրույքները ամբողջությամբ հոգացել է սեփականատերը այլ ոչ թե ՀՀ ժողովուրդը։ Այս հանգամանքը հեշտությամբ կարող է հաստատվել՝ համապատասխան հարցում կատարելով Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողով (ՀԾԿՀ)։
Եթե խոսքը գնում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարկերի մասին` 14 մլրդ դոլար, այո այդ վարկերը սպասարկում է ՀՀ քաղաքացիները:
 
3) Աշխատավարձերի մասով տեղեկացնում ենք, որ 2016 թ.-ից մինչև 2025 թ. հունվարի 1-ը սեփականատիրոջ միջոցներից ընկերության աշխատակիցներին տրամադրվել է շուրջ 11,2 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ, ևս մեկ անգամ կրկնում ենք ՀԷՑ ՓԲ ընկերության սեփականատիրոջ միջոցներից ոչ թե ժողովրդի հաշվին և այդ փաստը հաստատում է պետական ՀԾԿՀ - ն։ Նման պայմաններում հարց է առաջանում՝ արդյո՞ք տվյալները սխալ են ներկայացվել, թե՞ նպատակ է հետապնդվում հանրության մոտ ձևավորել սեփականատիրոջ մասին սխալ և բացասական պատկերացում։
 
4) Թե որտեղից տեղեկություն, որ եթե ժամանակավոր կառավարիչ չլիներ վթարների քանակը 3 անգամ շատ կլիներ, չենք կարող պատասխանել, բայց փաստը մնում է փաստ 2024 թ դեկտեմբերի 31 - ին 15 վթար և 6 750 հոսանքազրկված բաժանորդ ամբողջ ՀՀ տարածքում, որից ժամը 00:00 դրությամբ ընդամենը 261 հոսանքազրկված բաժանորդ և 2025 թ դեկտեմբերի 31 - ին 125 վթար և 117 021 հոսանքազրկված բաժանորդ, որից 00:00 դրությամբ հոսանքազարկված 13 399 բաժանորդ, թե ուր է կորել այս քաոսը ստեղծած հանձնաժողովը, պարզ չէ:
 
Միգուցե պետք է մի պահ կանգ առնել և տեսնել, որ մեղավորները ոչ թե նախկիններն են կամ ապագաները, այլ մեղավոր են հենց հիմա որոշում կայացնողները թե´ ՀԷՑ -ում և թե´ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական կառույցներում։
