Հայաստան-Իրան ռազմավարական գործակցության փաստաթղթի կազմման աշխատանքները ընթացքի մեջ են: «Լուրերի» հետ հարցազրույցում նշել է Իրանի արտգործնախարարի քաղաքական հարցերով տեղակալ Մաջիդ Թախթե Ռավանչին:
Նա ընդգծել է՝ հույս ունեն, որ փաստաթուղթը կստորագրվի Հայաստանի վարչապետի՝ Թեհրան հաջորդ այցի ընթացքում: Ճանապարհների ապաշրջափակմանը վերաբերող հարցին ի պատասխան՝ ասել է՝ Իրանը մշտապես կողմ է եղել:
«Մենք մշտապես կողմնակից ենք եղել այն մտքին, որ Հայաստանը անկախ երկիր է, ինքնիշխան երկիր է, պետք է հարգվի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, և աջակցում ենք այդ ուղղությամբ տարվող բոլոր աշխատանքներին։
Կովկասի այս զգայուն տարածաշրջանում ճանապարհների ապաշրջափակումը այնպիսի հարց է, որ միշտ եղել է նաև մեր ուշադրության կենտրոնում, և մենք կողմ ենք դրան։ Եթե մենք ցանկանում ենք, որ Հարավային Կովկասը զարգացած տարածաշրջան դառնա, քանի որ դա ձեռնտու է տարածաշրջանի բոլոր երկրներին, ուրեմն պետք է բոլոր ճանապարհները ապաշրջափակվեն։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով մենք մշտապես եղել ենք և հիմա էլ կողմնակից ենք ճանապարհների ապաշրջափակմանը, որպեսզի տարածաշրջանը կարողանա զարգանալ, բայց այդ ամենը պետք է տեղի ունենա միջազգային օրենքների սահմաններում՝ հարգելով երկրների միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված սահմանները, հարգելով ինքնիշխանությունը։
Մենք հավատացած ենք, որ տարածաշրջանի երկրները պետք է ունենան բաց ճանապարհներ՝ միմյանց տարածք մուտք գործելու համար, և հենց այդ շրջանակում է, որ պարոն Փաշինյանի առաջարկած խաղաղության խաչմերուկը դիտարկում ենք արդյունավետ նախագիծ, հավանական ենք համարում իրագործումը»,- ասել է փոխնախարարը։
