Բժիշկ Հայկ Քոչարյանն ահազանգում է.
«Ծննդյան խնջույքի ընթացքում երիտասարդ կնոջը կատակով հրեցին դեպի տորթը, մի «ավանդույթ», որը հաճախ ենք տեսնում խնջույքներում ու սոցիալական ցանցերում, սակայն տորթի ներսում կային կոշտ հենակներ, որոնք նախատեսված են տորթի բազմաշերտ կառուցվածքը պահելու համար։ Այդ հենակներից մեկը խրվեց կնոջ աչքին չափազանց մոտ հատվածում, անցնելով ակնախոռոչի կողքով։
Կինը շտապ տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց, որտեղ նրան անհապաղ բժշկական օգնություն է ցուցաբերվել։
Բժիշկների գնահատմամբ՝ վնասվածքը չափազանց վտանգավոր էր, և միայն ճիշտ և ժամանակին իրականացված բժշկական օգնությունն է կանխել տեսողության կորուստը։
Դեպքը մեծ արձագանք ստացավ այն բանից հետո, երբ հրապարակվեց տորթի ներսի լուսանկարը, որը ցույց է տալիս՝ որքան կոշտ և վտանգավոր կարող են լինել նման հենակները։ Այն, ինչ դրսից փափուկ ու անվտանգ է թվում, ներսում կարող է լուրջ վտանգ թաքցնել։
Այս դեպքը մեզ հուշում է,որ անգամ ամենաանմեղ թվացող կատակները կարող են վտանգավոր լինել։ Մտածենք՝ նախքան գործելը, հատկապես երբ խոսքը առողջության մասին է»։
