Նավթից ստացված Ռուսաստանի եկամուտները՝ Ուկրաինայում պատերազմի սկսվելուց ի վեր իրենց հասել են նվազագույն մակարդակին

Ռուսաստանի նավթից ստացված եկամուտները՝ Ուկրաինայում պատերազմի սկսվելուց ի վեր իրենց հասել են նվազագույն մակարդակին, գրում է, Bloomberg-ը:
Ռուսաստանյան նավթի արտահանման անկումը կտրուկ սրվել է 2025 թվականի վերջին և 2026 թվականի սկզբին։ Ըստ գնահատականների՝ դա, զուգորդված գների 14-րդ անընդմեջ անկման հետ, հանգեցրել է ռուսական նավթի մատակարարումների ընդհանուր արժեքի անկման՝ մինչև ամենացածր մակարդակը 2022 թվականի փետրվարին Ուկրաինայում պատերազմի սկսվելուց ի վեր։
Նշվում է, որ հունվարի 4-ին նախորդող չորս շաբաթների ընթացքում Ռուսաստանն օրական առաքել է մինչև 3,43 միլիոն բարել՝ 440 հազար բարելով պակաս, քան դեկտեմբերի 21-ին նախորդող ժամանակահատվածում։ Խաղաղօվկիանոսյան կարևորագույն նավահանգստից՝ Կոզմինոյից մատակարարումների կրճատումը էական դեր է խաղացել, հաղորդում է DW-ն։ Մատակարարման անկայունությունը պայմանավորված է նաև եղանակային պայմաններով, պատժամիջոցների ազդեցությամբ և առաքման ժամանակացույցով։
Bloomberg-ը նշում է, որ ռուսական նավթի գներն ավելի կտրուկ են անկում ապրել, քան նավթի մյուս տեսակի համաշխարհային գները՝ Ռուսաստանի երկու խոշորագույն արտահանողների՝ «Ռոսնեֆտի» և «Լուկոյլի» դեմ հոկտեմբերին ԱՄՆ-ի սահմանած պատժամիջոցների պատճառով: Մատակարարման ծավալների անկումը պայմանավորված է նաև Ռուսաստանի նավթային ենթակառուցվածքների վրա Ուկրաինայի շարունակական հարձակումներով: Օրինակ՝ Սև ծովում նավերի վրա անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի հարվածները ռուսական լցանավերին ստիպել են Նովոռոսիյսկից թուրքական ափի երկայնքով ավելի հարավային երթուղի ընտրել:
