Ի՞նչ Է Միջինքը և ե՞րբ է նշվելու այս տարի

Մեծ Պահքի 24-րդ օրը` այս տարի մարտի 11-ին, նշվում է Միջինքը: Միջինքով կիսվում է Մեծ Պահքը:
Ժողովրդական ավանդույթի համաձայն՝ Միջինքի օրը ընտանիքներում հայ կանայք պահոց գաթա են պատրաստում, որի մեջ մետաղադրամ, փոքրիկ թղթերի վրա գրված սաղմոսներ կամ էլ փայտյա խաչ են դնում: Այն բաժանում են տան բոլոր անդամներին՝ բաժին հանելով նաև անասուններին, հողին: Ում բաժին է հասնում մետաղադրամը կամ փայտյա խաչը, նրան հաջողություն է սպասվում ողջ տարվա ընթացքում: Եթե դանակը հատում է մետաղադրամը, նշանակում է հաջողությունն ամբողջ ընտանիքինն է:
Հայաստանի որոշ շրջաններում Միջինքի նախորդ օրը եկեղեցիներում թասի մեջ լցնում են ջուր և ձեթ, որում մինչև առավոտ վառվում է խաչաձև պատրույգ: Դա կոչվում է «լիճք»: Առավոտյան այն հավասարաչափ բաժանվում է բոլոր ներկաների միջև, ովքեր այդ ջուրը խմորի հետ խառնելով, պատրաստում են բաղարջը:
Տարբեր շրջաններում տարբեր կերպ են նշել Միջինքը: Օրինակ՝ Միջինքին բաղարջ չէին պատրաստում այն ընտանիքներում, ուր նոր մահացության դեպքեր էին եղել: Մուշում և Տարոնում բարեկամ կանայք հարեգիլ-բաղարջ էին պատրաստում՝ Միջինքի երեկոյան մատուցելու սգավոր ազգականներին:
Իսկ Նոր Նախիջևանում Միջինքին կտրում էին Պահքի հերթական շաբաթը խորհրդանշող փետուրի միայն կեսը՝ ցույց տալու, որ պահքն արդեն կիսվել է: Մուսալեռցիների մոտ Միջինքը հայտնի էր Աղցուց կիս (Մեծ Պահքի աղ ու հացի կես) անունով: Միջինքին այնտեղ պատրաստում էին հատուկ ուտեստ՝ աղուհացի քյուֆթա:
Սիսիանում նշանված երիտասարդի տնից հարսնացուի տուն Միջինքին հատուկ նվեր էին ուղարկում՝ ձեթով պատրաստված գաթաներ, գինի:
Հարկ է նշել, որ Միջինքի օրը պահքը չի լուծվում և շարունակվում է: Ուստի այս ուրախության օրը պետք չէ շփոթել, օրինակ, Բարեկենդանի հետ և ճաշակել զանազան ոչ պահքային ուտեստներ:
Միջինքի` պահոց բաղարջ պատրաստելու բաղադրատոմս
1 կգ ալյուր, 100 գր. մեղր, 150 գր. ձեթ, 200 գր. ջուր, 12 գր. սոդա, 20 գր., աղ:
Ալյուրով, մեղրով, աղով, ձեթով, խմորի սոդայով և գոլ ջրով, առանց երկար հունցելու պատրաստել պինդ խմոր, ծածկել խոնավ շորով և թողնել 15-20 րոպե: Ապա խմորի որևէ հատվածում դնել արծաթյա դրամ կամ փայտե խաչ, գրտնակել 1-1.5սմ հաստության կլոր շերտով, երեսին պատառաքաղով գծեր քաշել, մի քանի տեղից ծակել, մեղր քսել և թխել:
