Փաստաթղթի նախագծի պատրաստման ժամկետ խնդրում եմ ասեք, բոլորը լսում են ուղիղ եթերով: Փետրվարի 1-ին գործակարգավարական նիստին զեկուցելու եք, որ քաղաքապետարանից նախագծի փաստաթուղթն ուղարկվել է կառավարություն: Այս մասին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի գործակարգավարական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ ասել է քաղսքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով մետրոյի Աջափնյակի կայարանի մասով ներկա պահին ընթացող գործընթացին:
Խոսելով ընթացքի մեջ գտնվող մետրոյի կայարանի աշխատանքների մասին՝ գործակարգավարական նիստի ժամանակ աշխատակիցը նշեց, որ ֆինանսավորումը նախատեսվում է միայն ՀՀ-ի կողմից, միջազգային գործընկերների հետ ներկա պահին ֆինանսավորում նախատեսված չէ. «Ուզում եմ խոսել 3 խոշոր ստրատեգիական նշանակություն ունեցող ծրագրերի մասին՝ մետրոյի Աջափնյակ կայարանը, մետրոյի Սուրմալու կայարանը և էլեկտրական շարժունակությունը: Աջափնյակ կայարանի մասով մենք ներդրումային ծրագրով կազմված ունենք գնահատված 98 մլրդ դրամ, այս պահին ֆինանսավորումը նախատեսված է ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից, որևէ միջազգային գործընկերների հետ կամ վարկային գործիքակազմով ներկա դրությամբ ֆինանսավորման խոսակցություն չի գնում:
Նախագծային աշխատանքները տևել են 2021-2025թթ., 2026-2031թթ. փաստացի իրագործման փուլն է նախատեսվում: Ռիսկերի հետ կապված՝ բնականաբար օտարման գործընթացն է, մրցույթային գործընթացներում հնարավոր են ձգձգումներ՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ խոշորագույն ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագիր է»,- նշել է նա:
Մետրոյի Սուրմալու կայարանի մասին նշվեց, որ դրա կառուցման ծրագիրը ենթադրվում է իրականացնել համայնք-պետություն մասնավոր գործընկերության խմբում, եթե կարողանան բոլոր աշխատանքները ավարտել 2026 թվականին. «Ծրագրի տեխնիկատնտեսական իրագործման մրցույթը 2025 թվականին չի կայացել՝ մասնակիցներ չլինելու պատճառով, ամսի 16-ին վերահաստատելու են մրցույթը: 2026 թվականին լինելու են պայմանագրեր՝ նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների ավարտով, սկսվելու է ներդրումային ծրագրի մրցույթային գործընթաց: Սուրմալու կայարանի մասով ռիսկերը կապված են ներդրումային նվազ հետաքրքրության հետ»:
