«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր հակաեկեղեցական արշավի շրջանակներում կազմակերպվող կեղծ «պատարագներին» գոնե փոքրիշատե մարդաշատություն ապահովելու համար կիրառում է վարչական ռեսուրսը՝ ընդհուպ չխորշելով նույնիսկ հիվանդ մարդկանց հիվանդանոցից ստիպողաբար բերելուց:

Սակայն նույնիսկ այդ պայմաններում այդ «պատարագները» շատ խղճուկ տեսք ունեն, ընդ որում՝ ներկաների մեծ մասը քաղաքացիական հագուստով ուժայիններ են, իսկ մնացյալը կա՛մ պարզապես քպականներ են, կա՛մ պետական կառույցների աշխատակիցներ, որոնց պարտադրել են ներկա գտնվել:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, այս հանգամանքը շատ մեծ դժգոհություններ է առաջացրել թե՛ ՏԻՄ մարմինների կողմից բերման ենթարկվածների, թե՛ պետական այլ մարմիններում աշխատողների, թե՛, առավել ևս, ուժայինների շրջանում: Վերջիններս (մասնավորաբար ՌՈ ներկայացուցիչները) դժգոհում են, թե իշխանությունները գլուխ են գովում՝ իբր ժողովրդի աջակցությունն ունեն, բայց որևէ մեկն իր կամքով փաշինյանական այդ պատարագներին չի գալիս, բոլորը ստիպողաբար են բերվում, իրենց էլ քաղաքացիական հագուստներ են հագցնում ու մարդաքանակ ապահովում: Նրանք նաև տարակուսած են, թե «էս հալին» ոնց է ՔՊ-ն գնալու ընտրության, ո՞վ է նրանց ընտրելու, եթե նույնիսկ պատարագի չեն ուզում նրանց հետ գնալ. ինչպես արդեն կես կատակ-կես լուրջ խոսում են տարբեր կառույցներում, մարդիկ այս իշխանությունների հետ «նույնիսկ մատաղ ուտելու չեն գնա»:
