ՀՀ-ն ապահովում է հավատարմագրված բոլոր դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների, այդ թվում՝ բարեկամական Իրանի դեսպանության անվտանգությունը․ ՆԳՆ

ՀՀ-ում ԻԻՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Խալիլ Շիրղոլամիի հրավիրած մամուլի ասուլիսի ընթացքում ՀՀ-ում ԻԻՀ դեսպանության առջև իրականացվող բողոքի ակցիաների վերաբերյալ հնչած հայտարարության առնչությամբ հայտնում ենք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը «Դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների մասին Վիեննայի կոնվենցիայի» դրույթների, ինչպես նաև միջազգային և երկկողմ այլ պարտավորությունների շրջանակներում ապահովում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում հավատարմագրված բոլոր դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների, այդ թվում՝ բարեկամական Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության դեսպանության անվտանգությունը և երաշխավորում է բնականոն գործունեության համար անհրաժեշտ պայմաններ:
Խնդրո առարկայի շուրջ ՀՀ-ում ԻԻՀ դեսպանության հետ առկա է մշտական աշխատանքային կապ:
Հարկ է նաև նշել, որ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության կողմից բոլոր նշված հավաքները սպասարկվել են օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով, ապահովվել է ինչպես հավաքների մասնակիցների, այնպես էլ դեսպանատան շենքի անվտանգությունը։ Նշենք նաև, որ հավաքներից մեկի ընթացքում մասնակիցներից մեկը Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ օրենսգրքի 182-րդ հոդվածով (Ոստիկանության ծառայողի օրինական պահանջը չկատարելը) նախատեսված արարք կատարելու համար ենթարկվել է վարչական ձերբակալման։
Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը շարունակելու է խաղաղ հավաքների սպասարկումը՝ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը՝ որպես ժողովրդավարական պետություն, ՀՀ Սահմանադրության, «Հավաքների ազատության մասին» օրենքի և միջազգային պարտավորությունների շրջանակներում պարտավոր է չխոչընդոտել քաղաքացիների ազատ տեղաշարժի, խաղաղ հավաքների ազատության իրավունքի իրացմանը:
