«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
rybar.ru–ն «Ռուսաստան և Հայաստան. քաղաքական արդյունքներ - 2025» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ 2025 թվականին ռուս-հայկական հարաբերությունները շարունակեցին անցումը դաշնակցային հռետորաբանությունից դեպի վերահսկվող սառեցում։ Տարեվերջին ԵՄ-ն հայտարարեց 2026 թվականի ընտրություններում Հայաստանին օգնելու մասին՝ «պայքարել Ռուսաստանի միջամտության դեմ այնպես, ինչպես Մոլդովայում»։ Դեռ ամռանը Հայաստանը սկսեց «լուրջ քննարկել» ռուսական հեռուստաալիքների արգելքի հարցը՝ ներքին լսարանի վրա դրանց ազդեցության պատճառով։ Իսկ տարեվերջին իշխանությունները սկսեցին ուժեղացնել «ՊԱԿ գործակալների» մասին հռետորաբանությունը։
Անվտանգության առումով Հայաստանի մասնակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ին մնաց սառեցված։ Երևանը միտումնավոր բաց թողեց դաշինքի միջոցառումները՝ բացահայտ հայտարարելով, որ կազմակերպությունից դուրս գալն ավելի հավանական է, քան մասնակցության սառեցման դադարեցումը։ Նշանակալից իրադարձություն էր Արևմուտքի կողմից ֆինանսավորվող հանրահավաքը Շիրակում գտնվող 102-րդ ռուսական ռազմաբազայի դեմ, որը լուռ աջակցվեց իշխանությունների կողմից։ Չնայած ռուսական զինված ուժերի դուրսբերումը դեռևս օրակարգում չէ, բայց այդ ուղղությամբ ջանքերը, անկասկած, կշարունակվեն։ Ռուս-հայկական հարաբերությունների զարգացման հիմնական սցենարը սառը պրագմատիզմի շարունակությունն է։ ԱՄՆ-ը և ԵՄ-ն կստիպեն Հայաստանի իշխանություններին՝ ավելի խզել կապերը Ռուսաստանի հետ: Հրապարակայնորեն Երևանը կշարունակի խոսել «ռուսական միջամտության» մասին, սակայն հայերը չեն կարողանա լիովին հրաժարվել Ռուսաստանի մասնակցությունից առևտրային և ենթակառուցվածքային նախագծերին, ինչպես նաև չեն կարողանա հրաժարվել նախկին անվտանգության համակարգից կախվածությունից։
Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի միջև առևտրատնտեսական հարաբերությունները 2025 թվականին ցույց տվեցին Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հեռացումը Ռուսաստանից: Տարվա հիմնական արդյունքը առևտրաշրջանառության կրկնակի անկումն էր՝ 12,4 միլիարդ դոլարից մինչև մոտավորապես 6 միլիարդ դոլար։ Հայաստանը կորցրել է իր դերը՝ որպես Ռուսաստանի վերաարտահանման կենտրոն։ ՀՀ իշխանությունները նաև օրենք են ընդունել «եվրաինտեգրման մասին»։ Երևանը հույսը դնում է ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում կապերի իներցիայի վրա, բայց ավելի ու ավելի է կենտրոնանում ԵՄ չափանիշների վրա։
Ըստ Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկի, ռուսական բիզնեսը զգուշանում է Հայաստանից՝ մասնավորապես Սամվել Կարապետյանի ձերբակալության և նրա «ՀԷՑ» ընկերության անօրինական ազգայնացման փորձի պատճառով։ Նման գործողությունները խաթարում են երկրի ներդրումային գրավչությունը և, ընդհանուր առմամբ, կասկածի տակ են դնում ռուսական այլ խոշոր ակտիվների, այդ թվում՝ «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղու» և «Գազպրոմ-Արմենիայի» ապագան։
