ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը չորեքշաբթի կներկայացնի Գազայի հատվածի ապագայի իր փուլային ծրագիրը՝ հայտարարելով պատերազմից տուժած Պաղեստինյան տարածքը կառավարելու վարչակազմի մասին, հաղորդում է Reuters-ը՝ հղում անելով պաղեստինյան աղբյուրներին։
Իսրայելը և պաղեստինյան ՀԱՄԱՍ խմբավորումը հոկտեմբերին ստորագրել են Թրամփի 20 կետից բաղկացած ծրագիրը, որը նախատեսում է, որ անցումային շրջանում Գազան պետք է կառավարի միջազգային «Խաղաղության խորհրդի» կողմից վերահսկվող տեխնոկրատական պաղեստինյան վարչակազմը։ Այն չի ներառի ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի որևէ ներկայացուցիչ։
14 անդամից բաղկացած Պաղեստինյան վարչակազմը կգլխավորի Ալի Շաաթը՝ Արևմուտքի աջակցությունը վայելող Պաղեստինյան վարչակազմի՝ արդյունաբերական գոտիների զարգացման համար պատասխանատու նախկին փոխնախարարը, հայտնել են պաղեստինյան աղբյուրները։
Ըստ գործակալության տրամադրության տակ հայտված անունների ցանկի՝ Մերձավոր Արևելքում ՄԱԿ-ի նախկին դեսպան Նիկոլայ Մլադենովի հրավիրած այլ անդամներ, որը, ինչպես ենթադրվում է, տեղում կներկայացնի «Խաղաղության խորհուրդը», ներառում են մասնավոր հատվածի և ՀԿ-ների ներկայացուցիչներ։
Թրամփի ծրագրի առաջին փուլը, որը ներառում էր հրադադարի և պատանդների ազատ արձակման մասին համաձայնագիր, խաթարվեց այնպիսի խնդիրների պատճառով, ինչպիսիք են Գազայի վրա Իսրայելի իրականացրած օդային հարվածները, որոնց հետևանքով հարյուրավոր մարդիկ զոհվեցին, ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի՝ զինաթափվելուց հրաժարվելը և վերջին իսրայելցի պատանդի դեռևս չգտնված մնացորդները։
Թեև երկու կողմերն էլ միմյանց մեղադրում են համաձայնագիրը խախտելու մեջ, Թրամփը հայտարարում է, որ ցանկանում է անցնել երկրորդ փուլին, որը կենթադրի Խաղաղության խորհրդի ստեղծում և դեռևս չհամաձայնեցված խաղաղապահ ուժերի տեղակայում, հաղորդում է լրատվամիջոցը։
Ըստ գործակալության՝ ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի և այլ պաղեստինյան խմբավորումների առաջնորդները Կահիրեում են՝ երկրորդ փուլի շուրջ բանակցությունների համար, հայտնել են կազմակերպությունից։ Եգիպտական աղբյուրները հայտնել են, որ ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի հետ բանակցություններն այժմ կկենտրոնանան խմբավորման զինաթափման վրա։
