NASA-ն Միջազգային տիեզերական կայանից Երկրի վերևում տարօրինակ երևույթ է գրանցել։ Wion-ի տվյալներով՝ այն կապված է «Հելեն» փոթորկի հետ, որը 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերին հարվածել է Ֆլորիդայի ափերին ։

«ՄԿՏ-ի վրա գտնվող սարքը հայտնաբերել է անհայտ երևույթ, որը տարածվում էր Երկրի մթնոլորտով՝ մոլորակից մոտավորապես 88 կիլոմետր բարձրության վրա։ ՆԱՍԱ-ն զարմացած էր՝ տեսնելով ինչ-որ բան, որը անտեսանելի էր գետնից, բայց հայտնաբերվել էր տիեզերքից», - նշվում է հոդվածում։

Գիտնականները գրանցել են մթնոլորտային ալիքներ։ Այն փաստը, որ դրանք տեսանելի էին Երկրից բարձր, ցույց է տալիս, որ եղանակային ծանր իրադարձությունները ոչ միայն ավերածություններ են առաջացնում գետնի վրա, այլև ազդում են մթնոլորտի տարբեր շերտերի վրա։

Տարօրինակ երևույթը գրանցվել է մեզոսֆերայում՝ Երկրի մթնոլորտի երրորդ շերտում, որը տարածվում է 50-ից մինչև 85 կմ։

Մթնոլորտային ալիքների հետազոտության (AWE) գործիքը տեղադրվել է Միջազգային տիեզերական կայանը (ՄՏԿ) դրսում դեռևս 2023 թվականին: Սա արվել է «մթնոլորտային բևեռափայլը»՝ մեծ բարձրություններում գազերի կողմից արձակվող լույսը հայտնաբերելու համար: Եվ երբ փոթորիկը հարվածեց Ֆլորիդային, AWE-ն Երկրից բարձր հայտնաբերել է ալիքանման նախշ:

«NASA-ն բացատրեց, որ սա պայմանավորված էր այնքան ուժեղ փոթորկով, որ խաթարել էր օդը այդքան մեծ բարձրություններում։ Այս երևույթը տարածվել է դեպի արևմուտք, ինչը նշանակում է, որ խաթարումը չի սահմանափակվել միայն փոթորկի գոտիով», - նշում են հեղինակները։

Նաև հարկ է հիշել, որ Միջազգային տիեզերական կայանը պտտվում է Երկրի մակերևույթից 400 կիլոմետր բարձրության վրա։ Եվ դրա վրա տեղադրված սարքը գրանցել է մի բան, որը չի հայտնաբերվել սովորական օդերևութաբանական չափումների ժամանակ։

Նման ազդեցությունների ուսումնասիրությունը մեծ բարձրություններում նոսր օդում կարող է կարևոր լինել կողմնակի ազդեցությունների և դրանց տարածաշրջանի վրա ազդեցության գնահատման համար։ Ավելին, այս գործոնները, վերջին հաշվով, ազդում են արբանյակների համար կարևոր պայմանների վրա։

«Վերին մթնոլորտում օդի խտության նույնիսկ աննշան փոփոխությունները կարող են խնդիրներ առաջացնել արբանյակների համար: AWE-ն կարող է օգնել մեզ ավելին իմանալ այս դիտարկումների մասին և կանխել արբանյակներին ազդող ցանկացած խնդիր», - հավելում է աղբյուրը:
