Այսօր՝ հունվարի 15-ին, մարտական ֆիլմ հիշեցնող հետապնդում և կրակոցներ են հնչել Երևանում։ Ժամը 22։00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության գվարդիայի ծառայողները Գյուրջյան փողոցում, «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոնի ծննդատան մոտ նկատել են «Mercedes» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա, որը նրանց մոտ կասկած է հարուցել։ Գվարդիայի ծառայողները բարձրախոսով հրահանգել են, որպեսզի վարորդը կանգնի, սակայն նա ոչ միայն չի ենթարկվել գվարդիայի ծառայողների օրինական «կանգառ» պահանջին այլև վրաերթի է ենթարկել ոստիկանության գվարդիայի 2 ծառայողների և դիմել փախուստի։ 

Սկսվել է հետապնդումը, որի ընթացքում գվարդիայի ծառայողները նախազգուշական մեկ կամ երկու կրակոց են արձակել դեպի օդ, ինչը չի զգաստացրել նրանց ու շարունակել են իրենց փախուստը։ Տեսնելով, որ լրացուցիչ «կանգնիր» հրահանգին վարորդը չի ենթարկվում, գվարդիաի ծառայողներից մեկը իր անվամբ հաշվառված հաշվեցուցակային զենքով կրակոց է արձակել փախուստի դիմաց «Mercedes»-ի հետևի աջ անվադողի ուղղությամբ, ինչից հետո վարորդը չկարողանալով ավտոմեքենան կառավարել բախվել է Սերո Խանզադյան փողոցի նրբանցքներից մեկում տեղադրված «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության բարձրավոլտ էլեկատրասյան բետոնե հատվածին։

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարվելուց հետո վարորդը ու ուղևորը դուրս են եկել ավտոմեքենայից և տարբեր ուղղություններով դիմել փախուստի, սակայն գվարդիայի ծառայողներին հաջողվել է հետապնդել նրանց ու վնասազերծել։

Այդ ամենից հետո տեղեկությունը փոխանցվել է ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Նոր Նորքի բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արտաշես Մուշեղյանի և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Մարաշի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Մառլեն Հակոբյանի գլխավորությամբ։ 

Դեքի վայր են ժամանել նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Երևանի քրեական վարչության և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի պարեկները։

Այս պահին տարածքը իրավապահները սահմանազատել են։

Դեպքի մասին տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են է ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին և այս պահին սպասում են որպեսզի ժամանեն քննիչները ու քննչական կոմիտեի փորձաքրեագետը։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով ոստիկանություն տեղափոխված «Mercedes»-ի վարորդն ու ուղևորը կասկածվում են խոշոր չափի թմրամիջոց պահելու և իրացնելու մեջ։

Այս պահին պարզվում են ավտոմեքենայի սեփականատիրոջ, բերման ենթարկվածների ու վրաերթի հետևանքով հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված ոստիկանության գվարդիայի 2 ծառայողների ինքնությունը։
