Գործող իշխանության անպատասխանատվության մասշտաբը պատկերացնելու համար պետք է ընդամենը ՊՆ ամփոփիչ ասուլիսից մի դրվագ նայել: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։
«Պապիկյանին հարցնում են Սև լճի հատվածում տեղակայված հայկական մարտական դիրքի մասին, որն անցնում է ադրբեջանական ճանապարհային արգելափակիչով (շլանգբաուն) և զննությամբ, իսկ վերջինս դրան արձագանքելով հիշեցնում է, որ այդ վիճակն իր նախարար ժամանակ չի առաջացել:
Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել 2021 թվականին` այս իշխանության հանցավոր անգործության հետևանքով:
Ադրբեջանը մի շարք ուղղություններով մխրճվել է ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքներ և դա տեղի է ունեցել գործող իշխանության պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում, սակայն տարբեր պաշտոնյաներ մտածում են, թե կարող են մարդկանց մոլորեցնելու ճանապարհով խուսափել այն ծանր քաղաքական պատասխանատվությունից, որն առաջացել է իրենց կառավարության տապալված քաղաքականության հետևանքով:
Ավելին, եթե Պապիկյանն անձնական պատասխանատվության և իր պաշտոնավարման ժամանակահատվածի մասին է խոսում, ապա թարմացնեմ հիշողությունը: Իսկ ո՞ւմ պաշտոնավարման ժամանակ 2022 թվականին Ադրբեջանը ագրեսիա հրահրեց ու ՀՀ տարածքներն օկուպացրեց:
Ո՞ւմ պաշտոնավարման օրոք 2023 թվականին Ադրբեջանը մխրճվեց Կոռնիձոր և Տեղ գյուղերի հատվածում:
Ի՞նչ ճակատագիր ունեցավ պաշտպանության բանակն Արցախի օկուպացիայի և ՀՀ իշխանության ամոթալի վարքագծի պայմաններում:
