akcent.site–ը ««Թրամփի ճանապարհը» տանում է դեպի ոչ մի տեղ. Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը փոխել են իրենց կարծիքը 2026 թվականի հաշտեցման վերաբերյալ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանի, Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղ մերձեցման լայնորեն գովազդված նախաձեռնությունները փաստացի փակուղի են մտել։ Չնայած ակտիվ դիվանագիտական հռետորաբանությանը, իրական առաջընթացը նվազագույն է եղել, և հիմնական նախագծերը՝ քաղաքական համաձայնագրերից մինչև տրանսպորտային միջանցք, խրված են բյուրոկրատիայի մեջ։

Այսպես կոչված՝ «Թրամփի ճանապարհը» դարձել է «նոր դարաշրջանի» ամենաշատ քննարկվող խորհրդանիշներից մեկը։ Վաշինգտոնը այն ներկայացրել է որպես ռուսական և իրանական երթուղիների այլընտրանք և միաժամանակ որպես Հարավային Կովկասում քաղաքական հաշտեցման գործիք։ Վաշինգտոնում այն ներկայացվել է որպես «տնտեսագիտության փոխարեն պատերազմի» օրինակ, որը կարող է կապել Ադրբեջանը, Հայաստանը և Թուրքիան միասնական տարանցիկ և առևտրային համակարգի մեջ։

Սակայն արդեն 2026 թվականի սկզբին նախագիծը փաստացի մոռացվել է։ Պատճառը հիմնականում ոչ թե տարածաշրջանում է, այլ հենց Սպիտակ տանը։ ԱՄՆ վարչակազմը արագորեն իր ուշադրությունը կենտրոնացրել է Վենեսուելայի և Իրանի վրա։

Տարածաշրջանային մակարդակում իրավիճակը թվում է ոչ պակաս հակասական։ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագիրը չի կարողացել անցնել իր ձևակերպումների անվերջ վերանայումից այն կողմ, սահմանների, անվտանգության, հաղորդակցության կարգավիճակի և համաձայնագրերի իրականացման երաշխիքների հարցերը շարունակում են տեղում մնալ։ Յուրաքանչյուր կողմ «խաղաղությունը» տարբեր կերպ է մեկնաբանում. Բաքուն հույսը դնում է հակամարտության արդյունքի իրավական ամրագրման վրա, Երևանը վախենում է հիմնական երթուղիների նկատմամբ ինքնիշխան վերահսկողության կորստից, իսկ Անկարան գործընթացը դիտարկում է հիմնականում իր սեփական տրանսպորտային և աշխարհատնտեսական շահերի պրիզմայով։

Մրցակցող ենթակառուցվածքային նախագծերը դարձել են լրացուցիչ խոչընդոտ։ Չինաստանը, Իրանը, Ռուսաստանը և Եվրամիությունը խթանում են իրենց սեփական միջանցքները, որոնք լիովին անհամատեղելի են ամերիկյան տեսլականի հետ։ Արդյունքում, «Թրամփի երթուղին» դարձել է կասկածելի նախագիծ առանց հստակ ֆինանսավորման աղբյուրների և իրականացման մեխանիզմի։

Մասնագետները նշում են, որ արագ դիվանագիտական ազդեցության վրա հույսը դնելը սխալ է եղել։ Հարավային Կովկասում խաղաղությունը չի կարող ներկայացվել որպես քաղաքական շոու, ինչպես նախընտրում է Թրամփը։ Առանց երկարաժամկետ անվտանգության երաշխիքների, թափանցիկ տնտեսական հաշվարկների և իրական ներգրավվածության, ցանկացած նախաձեռնություն կարող է կրկնել իր նախորդների ճակատագիրը՝ մնալով սահմանափակված Թրամփի մամուլի հաղորդագրություններով և թվիթներով
