Գերմանական արդյունաբերությունը ԵՄ-ին կոչ է արել չզիջել Թրամփին

Գերմանական արդյունաբերությունը կիրակի օրը զայրույթով է արձագանքել Գրենլանդիան վաճառելու նպատակով Դանիայի վրա ճնշումն ուժեղացնելու համար ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի նախատեսած մաքսատուրքերի կիրառմանը՝ կոչ անելով Եվրոպային չզիջել նրա պահանջներին։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Reuters-ը։
Թրամփը խոստացել է եվրոպացի դաշնակիցների համար մաքսատուրքերի բարձրացման ալիք սկսել այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև ԱՄՆ-ին թույլ չտան գնել ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող կղզին։ Սա կհանգեցնի առևտրային պատերազմի ընդլայնմանը՝ ԵՄ խորհրդարանի՝ մաքսատուրքերի նվազեցման վերաբերյալ քվեարկությունից ընդամենը օրեր առաջ։
«Եթե ԵՄ-ն զիջի այս հարցում, դա միայն կդրդի ԱՄՆ նախագահին հանդես գալ հերթական անհեթեթ պահանջով և սպառնալ նոր մաքսատուրքերով»,- ասել է Գերմանիայի մեքենաշինական VDMA ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Բերտրամ Կավլատը։
Գերմանիայի առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատի (DIHK) արտաքին առևտրի մասնագետ Ֆոլկեր Տրայերն իր հերթին նշել է. «Ծայրահեղ հակասական քաղաքական նպատակներն անընդունելի կերպով շաղկապվում են տնտեսական պատժամիջոցների հետ»։
Երկուսն էլ կոչ են արել Եվրոպական միությանը միասնական պատասխան տալ։ Դա կարող է ներառել «ԵՄ հակազդման գործիքը», որը թույլ է տալիս դաշինքին պատասխան միջոցներ ձեռնարկել այն երրորդ երկրների դեմ, որոնք տնտեսական ճնշում են գործադրում ԵՄ անդամների վրա՝ նրանց քաղաքականությունը փոխելու նպատակով։
Շաբաթ օրվա սպառնալիքը կարող է ձախողել նախնական գործարքները, որոնք Թրամփն անցյալ տարի կնքել էր Եվրոպական միության և Մեծ Բրիտանիայի հետ, որոնք նույնպես Գրենլանդիայի հարցով նախատեսվող մաքսատուրքերի թիրախում են։ Միևնույն ժամանակ VDMA-ն և DIHK-ն կասկածի տակ են դնում այն հավանականությունը, որ ԵՄ օրենսդիրներն այս ամիս կողմ կքվեարկեն Վաշինգտոնի հետ գործարքին, որը հիմնականում ենթադրում է դաշինք ներմուծվող ամերիկյան ապրանքների բազմաթիվ մաքսատուրքերի վերացում։
«Եվրոպական խորհրդարանը հաջորդ շաբաթ հավանաբար չի կարողանա որոշում կայացնել ԱՄՆ-ի համար մաքսատուրքերի նվազեցման վերաբերյալ, քանի դեռ Վաշինգտոնը նոր պատժիչ մաքսատուրքերով ճնշում է գործադրում Եվրոպական միության վրա»,- ասել է Կավլատը։ Սակայն IfW տնտեսական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի ղեկավար Մորից Շուլարիկը հայտարարել է, որ Գրենլանդիայի հարցով մաքսատուրքերի սահմանման տնտեսական հետևանքները Գերմանիայի համար ընդունելի կլինեն։
«Գերմանական արտաքին առևտրի միայն մոտ 10 տոկոսն է բաժին ընկնում ԱՄՆ-ին, և կարևոր է, որ ԵՄ-ն թույլ չտա իրեն շանտաժի ենթարկել, այլ պահպանի միասնականությունն ու դիմակայի դրան»,- հայտարարել է Շուլարիկը։
