ՆԱՏՕ-ի ութ երկրների հայտարարությունը․ սակագնային սպառնալիքները խաթարում են տրանսատլանտյան հարաբերությունները

«Սակագնային սպառնալիքները խաթարում են տրանսատլանտյան հարաբերությունները»,- ասվում է ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ ութ երկրների հայտարարության մեջ: Այս երկրները դեմ են հանդես եկել Դանիային պատկանող Գրենլանդիա կղզին իր վերահսկողության տակ վերցնելու ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի ծրագրին:
Դանիայի, Ֆինլանդիայի, Ֆրանսիայի, Գերմանիայի, Նիդերլանդների, Նորվեգիայի, Շվեդիայի և Միացյալ Թագավորության համատեղ հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է, որ իրենք՝ որպես ՆԱՏՕ-ի դաշնակիցներ, հանձնառու են Արկտիկայում անվտանգության ամրապնդմանը:
«Սա տրանսատլանտյան ընդհանուր շահ է: Դանիական «Արկտիկական դիմացկունություն» համակարգված զորավարժությունները, որոնք անցկացվել են դաշնակիցների հետ համատեղ, պատասխան են Արկտիկայում անվտանգության բարձրացման անհրաժեշտությանը: Այս զորավարժությունները ոչ մեկին չեն սպառնում:
Մենք մեր լիակատար համերաշխությունն ենք հայտնում Դանիայի Թագավորությանը և Գրենլանդիայի ժողովրդին: Հիմնվելով անցյալ շաբաթ սկսված գործընթացի վրա՝ պատրաստ ենք երկխոսության մեջ մտնել՝ հիմնված ինքնիշխանության և տարածքային ամբողջականության սկզբունքների վրա: Մենք հաստատակամորեն հավատարիմ ենք այդ սկզբունքներին:
Սակագնային սպառնալիքները խաթարում են տրանսատլանտյան հարաբերությունները և էսկալացիայի վտանգ են պարունակում: Մենք կշարունակենք արձագանքել համաձայնեցված և համակարգված կերպով: Մենք վճռական ենք պաշտպանելու մեր ինքնիշխանությունը»,- նշված է ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ ութ երկրների հայտարարության մեջ:
Ավելի վաղ Թրամփը հայտարարել էր, որ Դանիայից, Նորվեգիայից, Շվեդիայից, Ֆրանսիայից, Գերմանիայից, Միացյալ Թագավորությունից, Նիդերլանդներից և Ֆինլանդիայից ներմուծվող ապրանքների համար 10 տոկոսանոց սակագինն ուժի մեջ կմտնի փետրվարի 1-ից, սակայն հետագայում կարող է բարձրանալ մինչև 25 տոկոս և կգործի այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև Գրենլանդիայի հարցով համաձայնություն ձեռք չբերվի։ Թրամփը պնդում է, որ դանիական ինքնավար տարածքը վճռորոշ նշանակություն ունի ԱՄՆ անվտանգության համար և չի բացառում դրա բռնի զավթումը։
