Հայաստանում ձյուն է տեղում․ իրավիճակը՝ ավտոճանապարհներին

Կոլումբիայի հարավ-արևմուտքում ջունգլիների նկատմամբ վերահսկողության համար մրցակից խմբավորումների միջև տեղի ունեցած բախումների հետևանքով ձախակողմյան պարտիզանական խմբավորման առնվազն 27 անդամ է սպանվել։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Reuters-ը՝ հղում անելով տեղական իշխանություններին։
Վերջին ամիսների ընթացքում ամենաարյունալի այս բախումները տեղի են ունեցել Բոգոտայից 300 կմ հարավ-արևմուտք գտնվող Գուավյարե դեպարտամենտի Էլ Ռետորնո մունիցիպալիտետի գյուղական վայրում. հայտնել է զինվորական աղբյուրը։
Այս տարածաշրջանը ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունի կոկաինի արտադրության և անօրինական շրջանառության համար։ Ըստ զինվորական մեկ այլ աղբյուրի՝ բախումները տեղի են ունեցել Կոլումբիայի հեղափոխական զինված ուժերի (ԿՀԶՈՒ) մի թևի, որը գլխավորում է Նեստոր Գրեգորիո Վերան (մարտական մականունը՝ Իվան Մորդիսկո), և Ալեքսանդր Դիաս Մենդոսայի (մականունը՝ Կալարկա Կորդոբա) գլխավորած խմբավորման միջև։
Երկու խմբավորումներն էլ նախկինում եղել են այսպես կոչված Կենտրոնական գլխավոր շտաբի կազմում, սակայն ներքին տարաձայնությունների պատճառով պառակտվել են 2024 թվականի ապրիլին։ Անանուն մնալու պայմանով խոսող երկու զինվորական աղբյուրներ հայտնել են, որ բոլոր զոհերը Վերայի խմբից են։
Մենդոսայի խմբավորման առաջնորդը նույնպես Reuters-ին հաստատել է բախումների և 27 զոհի մասին տեղեկությունը։
Դիաս Մենդոսայի գլխավորած պարտիզանական խմբավորումը ներկայումս խաղաղ բանակցություններ է վարում երկրի նախագահ Գուստավո Պետրոյի հետ, մինչդեռ Վերայի խումբը շարունակում է մարտական գործողությունները. կառավարությունը կասեցրել է վերջինիս հետ երկկողմ հրադադարը։
Այժմյան մրցակից այս խմբավորումները մերժել են 2016 թվականի խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը, որը թույլ էր տվել ԿՀԶՈՒ-ի մոտ 13 000 անդամների զինաթափվել և վերադառնալ քաղաքացիական կյանքի։
Կոլումբիայում ավելի քան վեց տասնամյակ տևող զինված հակամարտությունը, որը հիմնականում ֆինանսավորվում է թմրամիջոցների անօրինական շրջանառության և հանքարդյունաբերության հաշվին, խլել է ավելի քան 450 000 մարդու կյանք, միլիոնավոր մարդիկ տեղահանվել են։ Նախագահ Պետրոյի խաղաղության ջանքերը ներկայումս փակուղի են մտել։
