«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հունվարի 18-ին Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիրում տեղի ունեցավ Արցախին նվիրված «ՄԵՆՔ ԿԱՆՔ» մշակութային միջոցառումը, որի շրջանակներում կայացավ մեծ ցուցահանդես, ինչպես նաև խոշոր համերգ։ Միջոցառումը մեկ հարկի տակ էր հավաքել Արցախի մշակութային կոլեկտիվներին, բազմաթիվ հայտնի մենակատարների Արցախից և Հայաստանից։ Արցախի բռնի հայաթափումից ի վեր սա ամենամեծ մշակութային միջոցառումն էր. այն ունեցել է 400-ից ավելի մասնակից և 9000-ից ավելի հանդիսատես։
Մեր տեղեկություններով, սակայն, միջոցառումը կյանքի է կոչվել մեծ դիմադրության արդյունքում։ Իշխանությունները հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցներով փորձել են արգելել դրա անցկացումը։ Մարզահամերգային համալիրի տնօրինությունն, օրինակ՝ պարտադրել է, որ հովանավորների անունները չնշվեն, Արցախի օրհներգը չկատարվի (ՄՀՀ տնօրենը երեկ ասում էր, թե «Արցախի պետական օրհներգը չի կարող հնչել, եթե պետությունը չկա»), զինանշանը ոչ մի տեղ չօգտագործվի։ Բարձր գին է սահմանվել տարածքի վարձակալության համար։ Բայց, չնայած բոլոր դժվարություններին, միջոցառումը կայացել է. ցուցահանդեսը չափազանց տպավորիչ էր, իսկ երեք ու կես ժամ տևողությամբ համերգը՝ ոգևորիչ ու հուզիչ։ Ի դեպ, մինչև տասը հազար հանդիսատես տեղավորող դահլիճում գրեթե չեն եղել ազատ տեղեր։
Ի դեպ, համերգային ծրագիրը եզրափակող Ներսիկ Իսպիրյանը հայտարարել է՝ Արցախը հետ ենք բերելու։ Նման հայտարարությունները միաժամանակ բարկացնում են և՛ Հայաստանի, և՛ Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին։ Ուստի, զարմանալի չէ, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունն ամեն ինչ արել է, որ այս համերգը կյանքի չկոչվի՝ գուցե փորձելով հերթական անգամ հաճոյանալ ու չզայրացնել հարևան երկրի ղեկավարին և ցույց տալ, որ հավակնություններ չունի Արցախի մասով։ Բայց միասնական կամքի դրսևորման արդյունքում հերթական անգամ հնչել է Արցախի անունը և վերահաստատվել, որ անհնար է ջնջել հայ ժողովրդի պատմական հիշողությունը։
Նշենք նաև, որ համերգին ներկա են գտնվել ընդդիմադիր գործիչներ, այդ թվում՝ «Մեր ձևով» և «ՀայաՔվե» քաղաքական ուժերի ներկայացուցիչները։
