Տնտեսական ճգնաժամի ֆոնին՝ նոր քաղաքական խաղացող․ «Մեր Ձևովը» ընդդեմ գործող իշխանության

Հայկական քաղաքական կյանքը վերջին շրջանում ամեն օր նոր երանգներ է ստանում․ ձևավորվում են շարժումներ, որոնք փորձում են քաղաքական խոսքը տեղափոխել առօրյա խնդիրների դաշտ և շեշտը դնել սոցիալ-տնտեսական հարցերի վրա։

Այդ համատեքստում «Մեր Ձևով» շարժումը շարունակում է ընդլայնել իր ներկայությունը Երևանում և մարզերում՝ շեշտադրելով քաղաքացիների հետ անմիջական շփումն ու գործնական օրակարգը։ Օրերս «Մեր Ձևովը» գրասենյակ է բացել Երևանի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա համայնքի Տիչինայի փողոցում՝ բազմաթիվ կողմնակիցների մասնակցությամբ։ Բացմանն ու հաջորդած հանդիպմանը շարժման ներկայացուցիչները քաղաքացիների հետ քննարկել են այն խնդիրները, որոնք անմիջականորեն ազդում են մարդկանց կյանքի որակի վրա։

Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա համայնքում բնակիչների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում շարժման համակարգող Նարեկ Կարապետյանը անդրադարձել է Հայաստանում դեղորայքի բարձր գներին՝ դրանք համեմատելով հարևան Վրաստանի շուկայի հետ։ Նրա խոսքով՝ խնդիրը վաղուց դարձել է սոցիալական լուրջ բեռ քաղաքացիների համար։

«Շատերդ գիտեք, որ մարդիկ գնում են Վրաստան՝ դեղորայք գնելու, քանի որ այնտեղ դրանք շատ ավելի էժան են։ Մենք այստեղ կներդնենք վրացական համակարգը։ Կան դեղամիջոցներ, որոնք մոտավորապես 20-30 տոկոս կամ նույնիսկ կես գնով են։ Մենք նաև կհետևենք այն ճանապարհին, որը Վրաստանն ընտրել է դեղորայքի գները իջեցնելու համար»,– հայտարարել է Կարապետյանը։

Նույն հանդիպման ընթացքում նա քննադատել է գործող իշխանությունների առաջնահերթությունները՝ ընդգծելով, որ երկրի կառավարման կենտրոնում պետք է լինի տնտեսությունը, ոչ թե երկրորդական թեմաները։ «Երկրի ղեկավարությունը չպետք է կռվի հոգևորականության հետ կամ ամբողջ օրը թմբուկ խփի։ Այն չպետք է զբաղված լինի տնտեսության հետ կապ չունեցող այլ բաներով, այլ պետք է կենտրոնանա երկրի տնտեսության վրա և գոնե մի փոքր բարելավի մարդկանց կյանքը»,– նշել է շարժման համակարգողը։

Անդրադառնալով բարերար և գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի դերակատարությանը՝ Նարեկ Կարապետյանը շեշտել է, որ վերջինս շարունակելու է իր երկարամյա գործունեությունը՝ անկախ քաղաքական զարգացումներից։ «Սամվել Կարապետյանը կշարունակի անել այն, ինչ արել է իր ողջ կյանքի ընթացքում՝ զարգացնել և ուժեղացնել Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը և բարելավել մարդկանց կյանքը»,– ասել է նա։

«Մեր Ձևով» շարժման գործունեությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ այն փորձում է ձևավորել քաղաքական խոսք, որը հիմնված է ոչ թե հռետորաբանության, այլ սոցիալ-տնտեսական լուծումների վրա։ Տարածքային գրասենյակների բացումը և քաղաքացիների հետ ուղիղ հանդիպումները վկայում են շարժման ձգտման մասին՝ տեղում լսել խնդիրները և դրանք վերածել գործնական օրակարգի։
