Հայ-ադրբեջանական և հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը եռակողմ գործընթաց չէ։ Այս մասին հունվարի 21-ին Ազգային ժողովի նիստում հայտարարել է Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը՝ պատասխանելով պատգամավորների հարցերին։
«Քաղաքական օրակարգի շրջանակներում մենք իրականացնում ենք կարգավորման երկու գործընթաց: Երկուսում էլ ունենք շոշափելի հաջողություններ և հստակ ձևակերպված պատկերացումներ, ինչպես նաև սպասելիքներ հետագա քայլերի ու վերջնական արդյունքների վերաբերյալ: Մենք հայտարարում ենք, որ դրանք՝ որպես քաղաքական օրակարգ, պայմանավորված չեն միմյանցով: Սակայն նա, ով գործընթացին նայում է լիովին օբյեկտիվ հետազոտողի աչքերով, դժվար թե չնկատի կապը», - ասել է Միրզոյանը՝ ի պատասխան Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի խոսքերը մեկնաբանելու խնդրանքին, ով հայ-ադրբեջանական կարգավորումը շաղկապել էր հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների բնականոնացման հետ:
Արտաքին գործերի նախարարության ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ Անկարայի և Բաքվի միջև սերտ կապերը ոչ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չեն։
«Ինչ-որ իմաստով մենք պետք է ընդունենք այդ կապը… Կարծում եմ՝ եթե մենք այսօրվա դրությամբ Ադրբեջանի հետ ձեռք ենք բերել պայմանավորվածություն, կատարել ենք ևս մեկ քայլ առաջ խաղաղության ամրապնդման կամ ինստիտուցիոնալացման ուղղությամբ, ապա կարող ենք կատարել այդ քայլերը՝ չսպասելով Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման մասով որևէ զարգացման: Այո՛, որոշակի կապ, անշուշտ, կա, բայց այդ գործընթացները նույն տեղում և նույն պահին անելը չափազանցություն կլիներ», - ասել է Միրզոյանը:
