Գեներալ Կիրիլովի սպանությանը մեղսակից լինելու մեջ մեղադրվող Ռոբերտ Սաֆարյանը դատապարտվել է 25 տարվա ազատազրկման

Երկրորդ Արևմտյան շրջանի ռազմական դատարանը Ախմաջոն Կուրբոնովին դատապարտել է ցմահ ազատազրկման։ Նա ռադիացիոն, քիմիական և կենսաբանական պաշտպանության զորքերի ղեկավար Իգոր Կիրիլովի և նրա օգնական մայոր Իլյա Պոլիկարպովի սպանության գլխավոր մեղադրյալն էր։ Կուրբոնովը պատժի առաջին 10 տարին կկրի բանտում, գրում է «Коммерсантъ»-ը։
Կուրբոնովին օգնելու մեջ մեղադրվող երեք մեղադրյալները դատապարտվել են 18-25 տարվա ազատազրկման։ Բատուխան Տոչիևը դատապարտվել է 22 տարվա ազատազրկման, որից առաջին ութ տարին կկրի բանտում։ Ռամազան Պադիևը 18 տարով ազատազրկվել է խիստ ռեժիմի բանտում, որից առաջին վեց տարին կկրի բանտում։ Ռոբերտ Սաֆարյանը դատապարտվել է 25 տարվա ազատազրկման, որից առաջին ինը տարին կկրի բանտում։ Մեղադրյալներին պարտավորել են նաև մահացածի հարազատներին 16,2 միլիոն ռուբլի փոխհատուցում վճարել։
Կախված իրենց դերակատարությունից՝ մեղադրյալները մեղավոր են ճանաչվել ահաբեկչական հարձակում կատարելու, ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությանը մասնակցելու և ահաբեկչական գործունեություն իրականացնելու նպատակով վերապատրաստում անցնելու մեջ։ Նրանց նաև մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել պայթուցիկ նյութերի անօրինական շրջանառության և պայթուցիկ սարքի պատրաստման մեջ։
Սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերին։ Հետաքննությունը եզրակացրել է, որ Սաֆարյանը պայթուցիկ նյութերը բերել է Լեհաստանից, որոնք հետագայում հանձնել է Կուրբոնովին։ Դեկտեմբերի 17-ին հանցագործը գեներալ Կիրիլովի բնակարանի մուտքի մոտ ռումբով ամրացված սկուտեր է թողել։ Երբ սպաները դուրս են եկել շենքից, պայթուցիկ նյութերը պայթել են՝ սպանելով երկու զինծառայողներին։ Այնուհետև հանցագործը փախել է Տոչիևի և Պադիևի նախապատրաստած բնակարան։
Ախմաջոն Կուրբոնովը մեղավոր է ճանաչվել։ Հանցագործության համար նա 4900 դոլարի կրիպտոարժույթ է ստացել։ Ռոբերտ Սաֆարյանը մասամբ ընդունել է մեղքը, իսկ Տոչիևը և Պադիևը մեղքը չեն ընդունել։ Պաշտպանությունը նախատեսում է բողոքարկել դատավճիռը։
