Հակոբը ֆրանսահայ երգիչ և երաժիշտ է, ծնվել և մեծացել է Ֆրանսիայում, որտեղ էլ ձևավորվել է նրա տաղանդն ու արվեստի ինքնությունը։ 
Նրա ուղին կառուցվել է ֆրանսիական երգի, բեմի և կենդանի երաժշտության շուրջ՝ միաժամանակ պահպանելով խոր կապը իր հայկական արմատների հետ։

Ֆրանսիական հանրությանը Հակոբը լայն ճանաչում ձեռք բերեց «Prodiges» և «The Voice France» հեռուստածրագրերի շնորհիվ, սակայն նրա կարիերան շարունակվեց հեռուստատեսությունից դուրս՝ աշխարհի տարբեր բեմերում։ Տարիների ընթացքում նա մասնակցել է բազմաթիվ միջազգային մյուզիքլների և երաժշտական ներկայացումների՝ հանդես գալով Եվրոպայում, Ասիայում և Ամերիկայում։

Նրա կյանքում շրջադարձային պահ դարձավ լեգենդար Շառլ Ազնավուրի հետ հանդիպումը։ Այդ հանդիպումը փոխեց նրա կյանքը և վճռորոշ դեր ունեցավ Հակոբի համար, ուղղորդելով նրան դեպի ֆրանսիական շանսոնի և բեմական արվեստի հորիզոնները:

COVID-19 համավարակի ընթացքում Հակոբը նոր և անկեղծ կապ հաստատեց հանրության հետ՝ երգելով իր պատշգամբից և իր ձայնով աջակցություն ցուցաբերելով բուժաշխատողներին և առաջին գծում գտնվող մասնագետներին։

Այսօր արտիստը վերադառնում է Հայաստան՝ Երևան, մտերմիկ համերգով, որը կկայանա 2026 թվականի հունվարի 30-ին Cafesjian Center-ում։
«La Vie en Rose» խորագրով այս երեկոյի ընթացքում նա կներկայացնի ֆրանսիական երգարվեստի ամենահայտնի և ամենասիրված ստեղծագործությունները՝ երգեր, որոնք միավորում են սերունդներ, մշակույթներ և զգացմունքներ։

Այս համերգը մշակութային հանդիպում է և անձնական շփում իր սիրելի հայ հանդիսատեսի հետ։
