Հրանտ Շահնազարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Մյունխենի Անվտանգության Համաժողովում երեկ բավական հետաքրքիր քննարկումներ և հայտարարություններ եղան։ Բնականաբար, հիմնական թեմաները վերաբերվում էին Մերձավոր Արևելքի զարգացումներին ու փախստականների խնդիրներին։ Հատկապես ուշագրավ էր Իրանի արտգործնախարար Մոհամադ Ջավադ Զարիֆի և Եվրամիության միասնական արտաքին քաղաքականության և պաշտպանության հարցերով բարձր ներկայացուցիչ Ֆեդերիկա Մոգերինիի փոխադարձ գովասանքն ու փառաբանումը։ ԵՄ֊Իրան հարաբերությունները նոր փուլ են թևակոխել և շուտով կողմերն էլ ավելի կխորացնեն համագործակցությունը։ Գարնանը Մոգերինին բավական ներկայացուցչական պատվիրակությունով կմեկնի Իրան։ Վստահ եմ, Իրանի հետ կապված հետաքրքիր բոլոր զարգացումները դեռ առջևում են՝ ի հեճուկս Թուրքիայի, Սաուդյան Արաբիայի և դե իհարկե Իսրայելի։

Հետաքրքիր էր նաև Մոգերինի֊Ստոլտենբերգ հանֆիպումը։ ՆԱՏՕ-ն և ԵՄ-ն քննարկում են Էգեյան ծովում փոխգործակցության խնդիրները։ Ընդհանրապես, կողմերը խոսելու շատ բան ունեն և այս հարցը նույնպես հետաքրքիր է՝ հատկապես Թուրքիայի ինքնագործության և Հունաստանի օդային սահմանն անընդհատ խախտելու ֆոնին։
Ալիևի մասնակցությամբ քննարկումից երեկ ուշացա։ Բայց լուրերում տեսա, որ ահագին լացել է նավթի գների պատճառով։ Քիչ ավելի ուշ այստեղ հանդիպեցի փորձագետների ու լրագրողների մի փոքր խմբի, որոնք դժգոհում էին Ալիևի՝ բացահայտ կեղծ շեշտադրումներից։ Բոլորը հասկանում են, որ Ադրբեջանի վիճակը շատ ծանր է, որ նրանց արտահանման 90%֊ը նավթարդյունաբերությունն է ապահովում և որ այս տարիների ընթացքում տնտեսության դիվերսիֆիկացիա չի եղել։ Այնինչ, Ալիևը փորձում էր համոզել, թե նվազագույն վնասներով են դուրս եկել նավթի շուկայում տեղի ունեցած փոփոխություններից։

Մյունխենի Անվտանգության Համաժողովն քննարկումների շատ կարևոր հարթակ է և ուրախ եմ, որ այստեղ ակտիվ աշխատում է նաև մեր արտգործնախարարի ղեկավարած պատվիրակությունը։ Երեկ Նալբանդյանը հանդիպել է Վրաստանի, Սլովակիայի, Մոլդովայի, Հորդանանի իր գործընկերների հետ։ Այսօր այդ հանդիպումների շարքը կշարունակվի։ Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը կհանդիպի նաև ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին։

Մի քիչ երկար ստացվեց, բայց վստահ եմ, որ ընկերներիցս շատերին կհետաքրքրի։ Էլի սպասեք նորությունների))))։
