Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանը 2026 թվականի հունվարի 22-ի վճռով բավարարել է Գլխավոր դատախազության՝ պետական շահերի պաշտպանության վարչության հայցադիմումը: Վճռի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո Արտաշատ խոշորացված համայնքին կվերադարձվի Մխչյան գյուղում գտնվող՝ 8.9 հա մակերեսով հողամասը:
Գլխավոր դատախազության պետական շահերի պաշտպանության վարչությունը հայցադիմումով պահանջել էր անվավեր ճանաչել 8.9 հա հողամասն օտարելու վերաբերյալ 2004 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 22-ի աճուրդը և կիրառել անվավերության հետևանքներ: Ի թիվս այլնի, պահանջվել էր՝
- որպես հետևանք անվավեր ճանաչել Մխչյանի գյուղապետի և ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի որդի Արգամ Աբրահամյանի միջև 2004 թվականի նոյեմբերի 2-ին կնքված հողամասի առուվաճառքի պայմանագիրը,
- Արգամ Աբրահամյանի անվամբ 2004 թվականի նոյեմբերի 4-ին կատարված իրավունքի պետական գրանցումը,
- Արգամ Աբրահամյանի և Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի միջև 2005 թվականի մարտի 10-ին կնքված նվիրատվության պայմանագիրը,
- Պայմանագրի հիման վրա՝ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի անվամբ կատարված իրավունքի պետական գրանցումը:
