Գագիկ Համբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Մի քանի օր է ամբողջ հանրապետությունը սպասում է ՀՀԿ-ՀՅԴ բանակցությունների ավարտին և գուշակություններ անում,թե ՀՀԿ-ն ՀՅԴ-ին քանի նախարարի և մարզպետի պորտֆել է նվիրելու...Սակայն,ինչպես նշում են ՀՅԴ-ի ներկայացուցիչները՝քննարկումներն այդ հարցերի շուրջ շարունակվում են...Իմ կարծիքով խնդիրը նրանում է,որ ՀՅԴ չի կարող այպիսի թեկնածուների ներկայացնել,որ բավարարի հանրապետության նախագահին...Այստեղից հետևություն՝ ոչ միայն իշխանամետ,այլև "ընդդիմադիր" դաշտում կա կադրային քաղց...
ՀՀ քաղաքացիները արդեն քսան տարուց ավել է ունկնդրում են նույն դեմքերին,որոնք այս երկու տասնամյակի ընթացքում փոխել են մի քանի կուսակցություն՝"սողալով և լողալով" ապահովելով իրենց ներկայությունը քաղաքական և բիզնես դաշտում...Ժողովուրդ արդեն զզվել է իրենցից շատ գոհ քաղաքական գործիչների դեմքերը տեսնելուց...Մարդիկ հոգնել են ամեն օր տեսնել ՖԵՈԴԱԼԻ վարքագծով բարձրապաշտոնյաներին,որոնց շրջապատում են բավական մեծամիտ ծառաները՝"պաժերը"...
Հայաստանում կադրային քաղցի պատճառներից ամենակարևորը՝ տարրական նախանձն է...Բարձրապաշտոնյաները գերադասում են ճզմել խելացի և բանիմաց մարդկանց և թույլ չտալ նրանց մուստքը քաղաքական դաշտ...Մուտք գործողներն էլ,մեծ մասամաբ կարիերիստ տգետներն են, անպայման պետք է անցնեն որևէ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի "թրի տակով" և ծառայեն այնքան՝ մինչև չարժանանան տիրոջ հավանությանը,որ պաշտոն ստանան...Այս ամենի հետևանքով էլ ամբողջ քաղաքական դաշտը մոնոպոլիզացվել է ՏԵՐԵՐԻ և նրանց քծնող ԾԱՌԱՆԵՐԻ կողմից,որի հետևանքով պաշտոնյաները շատ դեպքերում իրենց "վաստակած" պաշտոնները փոխանցում են "ժառանգաբար"...Ժառանգաբար են փոխանցվում նաև պաժ-ծառաները...Արդյունքը՝մարտնչող տգիտության և քծնամոլության հաղթանակն է մեր հանրապետության քաղաքական դաշտում,որը բերում է լճացման...Հետևանքը՝ ըստ ԶԼՄ-ների,Շիրակի մարզպետի պաշտոնի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող խոսակցություններն են...ՀՅԴ-ի թեկնածուները,ըստ ԶԼՄ-ների,այնքան "հին" են և ոչ խարիզմատիկ,որ նույնիսկ Ս.Սարգսյանն է ընդդիմացել...Այլ թեկնածուներ ՀՅԴ-ն չունի...Ու այս խդրի առաջ կանգնած է ոչ միայն ՀՅԴ-ն,այլև ՀՀ-ում գործող գրեթե բոլոր իշխանամետ և ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունները...
Հ.Գ.Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտը կարիք ունի նոր մտածելակերպ ու հայացքներ,աշխատասեր ու բանիմաց քաղաքական գործիչների...Մեր իշխանությունները և քաղաքական կուսակցությունները շատ մեծ խնդրի առաջ են կանգնած...Հենց սա է պատճառը,որ ժողովուրդը գնում է ոչ թե քաղաքական կուսակցությունների,այլ քաղքացիական և հասարակական ակտիվիստների հետևից...
