«Մեր երեխաների ուղեղները չեն վաճառվում»: Մակրոնն արագացնում է սոցցանցերի արգելքի գործընթացը դեռահասների համար

Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը հայտարարել է, որ ցանկանում է, որպեսզի իր կառավարությունը արագացնի իրավական գործընթացը՝ ապահովելու համար սոցիալական ցանցերի օգտագործման արգելքի ներդրումը 15 տարեկանից ցածր երեխաների համար մինչև հաջորդ ուսումնական տարվա սկիզբը՝ սեպտեմբերին, հաղորդում է BFMTV-ն։
«Մեր երեխաների և դեռահասների ուղեղները չեն վաճառվում, — հայտարարել է Մակրոնը շաբաթ օրը ուշ երեկոյան հրապարակված տեսանյութում։ — Նրանց զգացմունքները չեն վաճառվում և դրանցով չի կարելի մանիպուլյացիա անել, լինի դա ամերիկյան հարթակ, թե չինական ալգորիթմ։ Մենք արգելում ենք սոցիալական ցանցերը 15 տարեկանից ցածր երեխաների համար, և մենք պատրաստվում ենք արգելել բջջային հեռախոսները մեր միջին դպրոցներում։ Ես կարծում եմ, որ սա հստակ կանոն է՝ հասկանալի մեր դեռահասների, ընտանիքների և ուսուցիչների համար»։
Աճում է արևմտյան երկրների թիվը, որոնք ձգտում են ընդունել արմատական օրենսդրություն, որը պաշտպանում է երիտասարդությանը սոցիալական ցանցերի հնարավոր վնասից՝ դեկտեմբերի ընթացքում Ավստրալիայում ընդունված նշանակալի օրենքից հետո, որը արգելում է 16 տարեկանից ցածր անձանց ունենալ հաշիվներ Instagram-ում, TikTok-ում, Facebook-ում և այլ հարթակներում։
Մի քանի օր առաջ բրիտանական կառավարությունը հայտարարել էր, որ ուսումնասիրում է մի շարք միջոցառումներ՝ ուղղված երեխաների անվտանգությանը ինտերնետում, ներառյալ սոցիալական ցանցերի օգտագործման արգելքը 16 տարեկանից ցածր երեխաների համար։
Ֆրանսիայում այս արգելքը նախաձեռնել է Մակրոնի «Վերածնունդ» կուսակցության պատգամավոր Լոր Միլերը։ Ֆրանսիական խորհրդարանի հետ կապված հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում Միլերն ասել է, որ կառավարությունը պետք է միջոցներ ձեռնարկի, որովհետև «ներկայումս ընդհանրապես չկա տարիքային ստուգում»։
Ավստրալիայի արգելքից հետո ավելի քան 4,7 միլիոն սոցիալական ցանցերի հաշիվներ, որոնք, ինչպես ենթադրվում է, պատկանում էին 16 տարեկանից ցածր անձանց, դեակտիվացվել կամ հեռացվել են, հայտարարել էր անցած ամիս վարչապետ Էնթոնի Ալբանեզեն։
