Իրաքի խորհրդարանը կհավաքվի երեքշաբթի օրը՝ ընտրելու երկրի նոր նախագահին, որը հետո կնշանակի վարչապետին։ Վերջինս, ինչպես սպասվում է, կլինի Նուրի ալ-Մալիկին, հաղորդում է INA press-ը։

Ընդհանուր կանոնի համաձայն, վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնում է շիա մուսուլման, խորհրդարանի խոսնակը՝ սուննի, իսկ նախագահի պաշտոնը, որը հիմնականում արարողակարգային բնույթ ունի, զբաղեցնում է քուրդ։

Խորհրդարանի խոսնակ Հայբաթ ալ-Հալբուսսին կիրակի օրը հայտարարել է, որ նոր խորհրդարանը կհավաքվի երեքշաբթի՝ նախագահ ընտրելու համար։

Այնուհետև նախագահը կունենա 15 օր՝ վարչապետ նշանակելու համար, որը սովորաբար առաջադրվում է ամենամեծ շիա բլոկի կողմից, ձևավորված ընտրություններից հետո ստեղծված դաշինքների արդյունքում։

Շաբաթ օրը «Կոորդինացիոն կառուցվածք» դաշինքը, որը բաղկացած է շիա խմբակցություններից, հաստատել է նախկին վարչապետ Մալիկիին որպես երկրի հաջորդ վարչապետ։

Այդ դաշինքը, որի անդամ է Մալիկին, նշել է նրա «քաղաքական և վարչական փորձը և պետական կառավարման ոլորտում ունեցած ձեռքբերումները»։ Քրդական կուսակցությունները դեռ պետք է համաձայնության գան նախագահի թեկնածուի շուրջ, որը պետք է հաստատվի մյուս բլոկների կողմից և ստանա խորհրդարանի երկու երրորդի ձայները։

Նախագահի պաշտոնը սովորաբար զբաղեցնում է Քրդստանի հայրենասիրական միությունը։ Այս տարի մրցակից Քրդստանի ժողովրդավարական կուսակցությունն առաջադրել է իր թեկնածուին՝ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ֆուադ Հուսեյնին։ Թեև Մալիկիի աջակցությունը փաստացիորեն երաշխավորում է նրա նշանակումը, նոր կառավարության ձևավորումը մնում է բարդ խնդիր, որը կարող է ձգձգվել ամիսներով և նույնիսկ չավարտվել հաջողությամբ։

Նշանակված վարչապետը կունենա մեկ ամիս՝ կառավարություն ձևավորելու և այն խորհրդարանին ներկայացնելու համար՝ վստահության քվե ստանալու նպատակով։
