ԵՄ-ն և Հնդկաստանը կնքել են խոշոր առևտրային համաձայնագիր

Նյու Դելին և Բրյուսելը առևտրային համաձայնագիր են ստորագրել, որը կվերացնի մինչև 4 միլիարդ եվրոյի մաքսատուրքերը ԵՄ արտահանողների համար և կարող է կրկնապատկել դաշինքից Հնդկաստան առաքումները, հաղորդել է Financial Times-ը։
Պայմանագիրը, որը Բրյուսելը համարում է ամենախոշորը, կկրճատի ԵՄ-ից Հնդկաստան արտահանման 96.6 տոկոսի մաքսատուրքերը՝ նվազեցնելով եվրոպական ապրանքների, այդ թվում՝ ավտոմեքենաների, ալկոհոլի և սարքավորումների արժեքը։ Երկու կողմերի համար զգայուն գյուղատնտեսական ոլորտները, ինչպիսիք են՝ կաթնամթերքը, շաքարավազը և որոշ մսամթերք, մնացել են անփոփոխ։
Համաձայնագիրը կնքվել է Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լեյենի և Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Անտոնիու Կոշտայի Հնդկաստան կատարած այցի ընթացքում։
«Սիրելի՛ Նարենդրա, մենք դա արեցինք։ Մենք կնքել ենք խոշորագույն համաձայնագիրը: Սա երկու հսկաների՝ աշխարհի երկրորդ և չորրորդ խոշորագույն տնտեսությունների պատմություն է», - հայտարարել է Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լեյենը։
ԵՄ հայտարարության համաձայն՝ Նյու Դելին Բրյուսելին կտրամադրի մաքսատուրքերի զեղչեր, որոնք իր մյուս առևտրային գործընկերներից ոչ մեկը չի ստացել։ Եվրոպական մեքենաների վրա դրվող տուրքերն աստիճանաբար կնվազեն 110 տոկոսից մինչև 10 տոկոս՝ տարեկան 250,000 տրանսպորտային միջոցի քվոտայով։
Մեքենաների վրա մինչև 44 տոկոս, քիմիական նյութերի վրա՝ 22 տոկոս և դեղագործական արտադրանքի վրա՝ 11 տոկոս մաքսատուրքերը հիմնականում կվերացվեն։ Պողպատի և երկաթի վրա մինչև 22 տոկոս սակագները նույնպես կվերացվեն 10 տարվա ընթացքում։
Եվրոպական սննդամթերքի ավելի քան 36 տոկոս մաքսատուրքերը, որոնք ԵՄ-ն անվանել է արգելող, նույնպես կնվազեցվեն կամ կվերացվեն, հայտարարել է դաշինքը։
Հնդկաստանի գինու մաքսատուրքերը կնվազեն 150 տոկոսից մինչև 75 տոկոս և ի վերջո կհասնեն մինչև 20 տոկոսի, մինչդեռ ձիթապտղի յուղի մաքսատուրքրեը 5 տարվա ընթացքում կնվազեն 45 տոկոսից մինչև զրո։ Վերամշակված գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի, ինչպիսիք են՝ հացը և հրուշակեղենը, մինչև 50 տոկոս մաքսատուրքրեը նույնպես կվերացվեն։
Գործարքը ուժի մեջ մտնելուց առաջ կներկայացվի Եվրոպական խորհրդին և խորհրդարանին, ինչպես նաև Հնդկաստանի կառավարությանը հաստատման համար։ Բրյուսելի տվյալներով՝ ԵՄ-ն և Հնդկաստանը տարեկան առևտուր են անում ավելի քան 180 միլիարդ եվրոյի ապրանքների և ծառայությունների հետ։
