«Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնից Հայրական Մեր սերը և Հայրապետական օրհնությունն ենք բերում Հայոց բանակի սպաներին ու զինվորներին և համայն մեր ժողովրդին՝ Բանակի օրվա առիթով։

Նորանկախ մեր պետականության ձևավորման տարիներին ծնունդ առած մեր բանակը իր առաքելության մեջ հատկանշվել է արդարության ու ազատության համար անվեհեր պայքարով: Հայոց բանակը մեր պետականության հիմնասյուներից է՝ կոչված ապահովելու խաղաղությունը մեր երկրի և անվտանգությունը մեր ժողովրդի։ Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված Արցախի բռնազավթման պատերազմի ընթացքում մեր բանակի մարտիկները անվեհեր պայքար մղեցին, նահատակվեցին բազում հայորդիներ։ Նրանց հերոսական սխրագործությունները մշտապես ոգեշնչելու են մեր զորականներին իրենց նվիրյալ ծառայության մեջ։

Հայրապետիս մաղթանքն է, որ Հայոց բանակը՝ իբրև մշտարթուն պաշտպանը մեր երկրի, շարունակի քաջաբար հսկել մեր պետության սահմանները՝ իր արիությունն ու տոկունությունը շաղախելով առ Աստված հավատքով՝ ըստ առաքյալի խոսքի. «Զորացե՛ք Տիրոջով և Նրա զորության կարողությամբ. և Աստծու սպառազինությունը հագեք» (Եփ. 6.10)։

Աղոթքով առ Աստված հայցում ենք, որ Տերն Իր Սուրբ Աջով պահապան ու զորակից լինի մեր բանակի սպաներին ու զինվորներին, խաղաղություն հաստատվի համայն աշխարհում ու մեր հայրենիքում, և հավատավոր մեր ժողովուրդը նորանոր ձեռքբերումներով հարատևի ապահովության ու բարօրության մեջ. ամեն»։
