Արամ Ղազարյանն ընդունել է Վյաչեսլավ Բուտկոյի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը

ՆԳՆ փրկարար ծառայության տնօրեն-ներքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Արամ Ղազարյանը հունվարի 29-ին ընդունել է ՌԴ քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության, արտակարգ իրավիճակների և բնական աղետների հետևանքների վերացման նախարարի տեղակալ Վյաչեսլավ Բուտկոյի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը. տեղեկացնում են ՆԳՆ-ից:
«ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանի անունից ողջունելով ներկաներին՝ Արամ Ղազարյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել համատեղ աշխատանքի համար և ընդգծել Ռուս-հայկական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնի գործունեության կարևորությունը։
Արամ Ղազարյանի խոսքով՝ վերջին տասը տարիների ընթացքում կենտրոնն իր առջև դրված խնդիրները լուծել է պատասխանատվությամբ և օպերատիվ արձագանքման հանձնառությամբ։
ՆԳՆ փրկարար ծառայության տնօրենը նշել է, որ ժամանակակից մարտահրավերները Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի փրկարար ծառայություններից պահանջում են համակարգված մոտեցումներ բնակչության պաշտպանության ապահովման, արտակարգ իրավիճակների կանխարգելման և հումանիտար օգնության տրամադրման համատեքստում։
Արամ Ղազարյանը վստահեցրել է նաև, որ ՆԳ նախարարությունը հետագայում ևս պատրաստ է գործադրել առավելագույն ջանքեր, որոնք կնպաստեն համագործակցության ամրապնդմանը։
Վյաչեսլավ Բուտկոն շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ջերմ ընդունելության համար և ընդգծել, որ Հայաստանի ՆԳՆ փրկարար ծառայության հետ ուղիղ երկխոսությունն ունի չափազանց կարևոր նշանակություն։
ՌԴ քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության, արտակարգ իրավիճակների և բնական աղետների հետևանքների վերացման նախարարի տեղակալը շեշտել է, որ երկկողմ համագործակցության օրակարգում առանձնահատուկ դեր ունի Ռուս-հայկական հումանիտար արձագանքման կենտրոնը, որն իրեն դրսևորել է որպես արդյունավետ և, ամենակարևորը, պահանջված հարթակ։
Երկուստեք վերահաստատվել է համագործակցության շարունակականությունը, մասնավորապես, կարողությունների զարգացման և փորձի փոխանակման համատեքստում։
Ռուս-հայկական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնի տնօրեն Ալեքսեյ Բուտիրսկին ներկայացրել է կենտրոնի 2025 թվականի գործունեությունը և ընթացիկ տարվա աշխատանքի առաջնահերթությունները։
Արամ Ղազարյանն ու Վյաչեսլավ Բուտկոն նաև ծաղիկներ են խոնարհել Փրկության նվիրյալների պատվո հուշարձանին»։
