Հունվարի 23-ին, արտառոց դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում։ Ժամը 15։35-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Լոռու մարզային վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 19-ամյա Նարեկ Մ․-ն հունվարի 22-ին Վանաձոր քաղաքի Մյասնիկյան փողոցի շենքերից մեկի բակում իր ընկերոջ, Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 20-ամյա Թելման Ջ․-ին պատկանող «Lada Priora» մակնիշի ռուսական համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով հասարակության նկատմամբ բացահայտ անհարգալից և արհամարհական վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելով, իր մոտ գտնվող ատրճանակով մի քանի անգամ կրակել է դեպի օդ, այնուհետև ատրճանակը փոխանցել է Թելման Ջ․-ին, ով նույնպես մի քանի անգամ կրակել է օդ։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հունվարի 23-ին, Նարեկ Մ․-ն ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել է քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Լոռու մարզային վարչություն, որտեղ տարված բացատրական աշխատանքների արդյունքում հայտնել է, որ հունվարի 22-ին իր ընկերոջ զորացրման հետ կապված, գտնվելով էմոցիաների ազդեցության տակ, իր ընկերոջ Թելման Ջ․-ին պատկանող «Lada Priora» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի պատուհանից Մյասնիկյան 6 շենքի բակում իր մոտ գտնվող և իրեն պատկանող ատրճանակից մի քանի անգամ կրակոցներ է արձակել դեպի օդ, այնուհետև ատրճանակը փոխանցել է Թելման Ջ․-ին, ով նույնպես մի քանի անգամ կրակել է օդ։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով Նարեկ Մ․-ն ոստիկաններին հայտնել է նաև, որ նշված ատրճանակը ներկայումս գտնվում է իր ընկերոջ, Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 20-ամյա Սարգիս Հ․-ի տանը, որը պատրաստ է ներկայացնել։
Դեպքի փաստով կազմվել են փաստաթղթեր, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ քր․ օր․ 297 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների և անցկացված բացատրական աշխատանքների արդյունքում՝ Նարեկ Մ․-ին պատկանող, հանցագործության գործիք ատրճանակը վերջինիս ընկեր՝ Սարգիս Հ․-ն ներկայացրել է իրավապահներին։ Նարեկ Մ․-ն ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել է ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Թումանյանի բաժնի ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր։ Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ Թելման Ջ․-ին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
