Մագնիում՝ կա լոբու, սպանավի, հնդկահավի մսում։ Այն պաշտպանում է դիաբետից ու սրտի խնդիրներից։ K վիտամին՝ սպանախի, դդումի, կանաչ ոլոռի մեջ, անհրաժեշտ է ոսկորներին։ Е վիտամինն անհրաժեշտ է սեռական կյանքի բարելավման համար, այն ավելացնում է լիբիդոն։ Այն շատ է ընդեղենի մեջ։

Ֆոլիաթթու՝ մաղադանոս, կաղամբ շատ կերեք։ Կնոջ օրգանիզմին երկաթ է անհրաժեշտ, դրա պակասն առաջացնում է անեմիա։ Երկաթ պարունակում են տավարի միսը, հնդկաձավարը, բազուկը եւ այլն։ Տղամարդկանց համար անհրաժեշտ են հակաօքսիդանտ-վիտամիններ՝ А, С եւ Е։ В խմբի վիտամինները անհրաժեշտ են՝ սրտանոթային համակարգը պաշտպանելու համար։
