ՌԴ քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության եւ արտակարգ իրավիճակների համառուսաստանյան գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտի (ՔՊԱԻ ՀՌԳՀԻ) պաշտպանական միջոցների կատարելագործման գիտահետազոտական կենտրոնի ղեկավար Նիկոլայ Պոսոխովը եւ ինստիտուտի պետի տեղակալ Իգոր Սոսունովը ձերբակալվել եւ մեղադրվել են առանձնակի խոշոր չափերի կաշառք ստանալու համար (ՔՕ 290 հոդ., մաս 6), տեղեկացրել է РБК-ն։

Քրեական գործի նախնական քննության շրջանակում քննիչները մտադիր են դատարանին դիմել Պոսոխովին տնային կալանքի, իսկ Սոսունովին՝ նախնական կալանքի վերցնելու համար, РБК-ին հայտնել են իրավապահ մարմինների երկու աղբյուրներ։

РБК աղբյուրների համաձայն՝ Ռուսաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի գլխավոր քննչական վարչությունը միջնորդություններ է ներկայացրել Մոսկվայի Զամոսկվորեցկի շրջանային դատարան՝ մեղադրյալների նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ։ Նրանց սպառնում է մինչեւ 15 տարվա ազատազրկում՝ կաշառակերության մեղադրանքով։

ՌԴ քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության եւ արտակարգ իրավիճակների համառուսաստանյան գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտը զբաղվում է գիտական մշակումներով քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության, արտակարգ իրավիճակների կանխման եւ չեզոքացման ոլորտում։ Մասնավորապես, ինստիտուտը մշակում է տեխնիկական սարքավորումներ եւ տեխնոլոգիաներ, կապի եւ հասարակությանն իրազեկելու համակարգեր, քաղաքացիական պաշտպանություն, բնակչության ճառագայթային, քիմիական եւ կենսաբանական պաշտպանություն եւ այլն։

2015թ․ Քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության եւ արտակարգ իրավիճակների գիտահետազոտական ​​ինստիտուտը սկսել է աշխատանքները արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության պատվիրած «Куб-М» մոդուլային պաշտպանիչ կառուցվածքի վրա, բացատրել է Նիկոլայ Պոսոխովը РБК հարցազրույցում։

Սերիական արտադրությունը սկսվել է 2024թ․ աշնանը։ Վերջնական նախագիծը համապատասխանում է կարգավորող պահանջներին եւ կարող է ապահովել պաշտպանության երեք մակարդակ՝ ապաստարան (պաշտպանություն սովորական զենքի բարձր պայթուցիկ եւ բեկորային ազդեցություններից), ապաստարան ճառագայթահարման դեմ (պաշտպանություն ճառագայթումից) եւ ապաստարան (պաշտպանություն միջուկային, քիմիական եւ կենսաբանական զենքերից)։ Առավելագույն համալրմամբ «Куб-М»-ը կարող է նաեւ պաշտպանել ժամանակակից հրթիռների ուղիղ հարվածներից, ասել է Պոսոխովը։
