Այսօր՝ հունվարի 31-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արմավիրի մարզում։ Ժամը 15։00-ի սահմաններում Ջրարփի գյուղի բնակիչները 2-3 օր իրենց շանը որոնելուց հետո հայտնաբերել են «Արաքս» թռչնաֆաբրիկայի հարևանությամբ գտնվող դաշտամիջյան գոտում՝ հոսանքահարության հետևանքով սատկած։

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, տեղում գյուղացիները հայտնաբերել են նաև 3 շնագայլերի (շակալ) սատկած, որոնց մարմնի իսկ շատ ոտքերի հատվածում հայտնաբերվել է հոսանքահարման հետքերը՝ մոխրացած վիճակում։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում բնակիչները ասում էին․ «Դաշտ ահ ու սարսափով ենք մեր չորքոտանիներին տանում արածեցնելու։ Ամեն անգամ մտածում ենք, որ էսա երբ նախիրն ու ոչխարի հոտը բերենք դաշտ էս էլեկտրասյուները տապալված են լինելու։ Լարերի տակով չգիտես ոնց անցնես։ Էս անգամ հրաշքով ենք փրկվել, որ 10 հազար վոլտ հոսանքից էլեկտրահարվելու հետևանքով շունն ու շնագայլները սատկեցին, բայց 5 րոպե հետո եթե մենք անցնեինք, մեզ էր հոսանքը խփելու ու ողբերգական ավարտ էր ունենալու։

Ում ասես դիմել ենք, որ էդ էլեկտրասյուներն ու էլեկտրալարերը փոխեն, միայն դատարկ խոստումներ են տալիս։ Բա որ էդ կենդանիների տեղը հովիվներ լինեին, ինչ էին ասելու։ Ստից մի երկու ցավակցական խոսք էին ուղղելու ու հարցի լուծումը նորից մնալու էր օդում կախված։ Պահանջում ենք Արմավիրի մարպետից, «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության ժամանակավոր կառավարիչ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանից, որպեսզի հետևողական լինեն ու էս ամբողջ գյուղը փրկեն էդ վտանգից, քանի որ չկա երաշխիք, որ մի օր էլ մեզ հոսանքը չի խփի։ Եկել են, իբրև թե գործ են արել էլեկտրոցանցից, «սկոչով» կպցրել թողել գնացել են։

Հիմա ինչ, սպասում են, որ հերթական հոսանքահարման դեպքը լինի ու այս անգամ մարդիկ հոսանքահարվեն, նոր տեսեն ինչ են անում։ Խնդրում ու պահանջում ենք, որ օր առաջ հարցը լուծեն։ Հիմա ձմեռ ա, եղանակը սառն ա, էդ «ստոլբեքը» չեն ընկնի, բայց օրերը որ տաքացավ, հողը դառնում է ավելի փխրուն ու ամեն պահի էլեկտրասյուները ենթակա են տապալման։ Հարգելի՛ մարզպետ, հարգելի՛ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրոցանցի» պաշտոնյաներ, գյուղը փրկեք էդ չարիքից, թե չէ ամբողջ գյուղը սարսափի մեջ է ապրում, որ կարողա գնաս դաշտ ու հոսանքահարման հետևանքով դիակդ բերեն հանձնեն հարազատներիդ»։
