Շուկան ողողված է անորակ և ցածրորակ ձվերով

Վերջին ամիսներին սպառողները հաճախ են բողոքում շուկայում վաճառվող ձվերի որակից։ Թեպետ ձուն համարվում է ամենօրյա օգտագործման հիմնական սննդամթերքներից մեկը, մասնագետները զգուշացնում են՝ վաճառքի կետերում հանդիպող բազմաթիվ ձվեր չեն համապատասխանում ոչ սանիտարական, ոչ էլ որակական նորմերին։
Սննդի անվտանգության ոլորտի փորձագետների տվյալներով՝ շուկայում հայտնվում են ժամկետանց, սխալ պայմաններում պահված կամ անգամ կրկնակի նշում ունեցող ձվեր։ Շատ դեպքերում ձվերի վրա նշված արտադրության ամսաթիվը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը, իսկ որոշ վաճառողներ պարզապես լվանում են ձվերը՝ թաքցնելով կեղտը և վնասվածքները, ինչը կարող է ավելի արագ փչացման պատճառ դառնալ։
Անորակ ձվերի օգտագործումը կարող է լուրջ առողջական խնդիրներ առաջացնել։ Ամենահաճախ հանդիպող վտանգը սալմոնելոզն է՝ աղիքային վարակ, որը հատկապես վտանգավոր է երեխաների, տարեցների և հղիների համար։ Բացի այդ, սխալ պահված կամ հին ձվերը կարող են պարունակել վնասակար բակտերիաներ, որոնք չեն վերանում նույնիսկ թերմամշակման ընթացքում։
Մասնագետները նշում են նաև վերահսկողության թերությունները։ Չնայած գործող օրենքներին և ստուգումներին, շուկաներում և փոքր խանութներում հաճախ բացակայում է պատշաճ վերահսկողությունը, ինչի արդյունքում անորակ ապրանքը հասնում է սպառողին։ Արտադրողից մինչև վաճառք ամբողջ շղթայում առկա բացերը թույլ են տալիս, որ ցածրորակ ձվերը հայտնվեն սպառողի սեղանին։
Սպառողներին խորհուրդ է տրվում ուշադրություն դարձնել ձվի արտաքին տեսքին, հոտին և մակնշմանը։ Ցանկալի է ձու գնել միայն վստահելի խանութներից, խուսափել կոտրված կամ ճաքած կեղև ունեցող ձվերից և պարտադիր պահպանել դրանք սառնարանում։
Մինչդեռ փորձագետները վստահ են՝ խնդիրը համակարգային լուծում է պահանջում։ Առանց խիստ վերահսկողության, հաճախակի ստուգումների և խախտումների համար իրական պատժամիջոցների, շուկան շարունակելու է ողողված մնալ անորակ ձվերով՝ վտանգի տակ դնելով հազարավոր մարդկանց առողջությունը։
