Հունվարի 28-ին արտառոց դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում։ Ժամը 21:00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ 3 քաղաքացիներ դանակահարված տեղափոխվել են «Գավառ» բժշկական կենտրոն։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց են մեկնել քրեական ոստիկանության ծառայողները՝ վարչության պետ Սանթուր Դուրագյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Տեղում պարզվել է, որ ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունները հավաստի են։ Բժիշկները քրեական ոստիկաններին հայտնել են, որ վիրավորները գտնվում են վիրահատարանում և ի վիճակի չեն կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու։
Մինչ բժիշկները պայքարում էին վիրավորների կյանքի համար, քրեական ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորներն են Գավառ խոշորացված համայնքի Նորատուս բնակավայրի բնակիչներ 52-ամյա Թադևոս Ս.-ն, ով հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել «որովայնի առաջնային պատի ծակած թափանցող վնասվածք, հաստ աղու մակերեսային վնասվածք, մեծ ճարպոնի վնասվածք, փայծաղի սուբկապսուլյատ հեմատոմա, ներքին արյունահոսություն» ախտորոշմամբ, 49-ամյա Հարություն Ս.-ն, ով հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել «կրծքվանդակի հետին պատի, որովայնի գոտկատեղի շրջանի կտրած-ծակած արյունահոսող բազմաթիվ վերքեր, որովայնի շրջանի օտար մարմին» ախտորոշմամբ և 20-ամյա Տարոն Ս.-ն, ով հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել «որովայնի գոտկային շրջանի կտրած-ծակած արյունահոսող վերքեր» ախտորոշմամբ։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ քրեական ոստիկանները, հետո նրանց միացած ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Գավառի բաժնի ծառայողները պարզել են, որ այդ օրը ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում Գավառ խոշորացված համայնքի Նորատուս բնակավայրի վարչական տարածքում Տարոն Ս.-ն, Հարություն Ս.-ն և Թադևոս Ս.-ն կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել են Գավառ խոշորացված համայնքի Նորատուս բնակավայրի բնակիչներ 52-ամյա Վահրամ Բ.-ի, 16-ամյա Կարեն Բ.-ի և 44-ամյա Հովհաննես Մ.-ի հետ, որի ժամանակ ըստ օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների, Կարեն Բ.-ն իր մոտ եղած սուր կտրող-ծակող առարկայով հարվածներ է հասցրել հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված անձանց։
Դեպքի փաստով քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ և ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի ամբողջական հանգամանքները պարզելու, մասնակիցներին և հանցագործության գործիքը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
