Ասպիրինը քաղցկե՞ղ է առաջացնում

Ասպիրինի կանոնավոր օգտագործումը չի նվազեցնում չարորակ ուռուցքների զարգացման ռիսկը տարեց մեծահասակների մոտ։ Այս եզրակացությանն են հանգել Մոնաշի համալսարանի հետազոտողները, որոնք իրենց արդյունքները հրապարակել են JAMA Oncology ամսագրում ։
Վերլուծությունը հիմնված էր 70 տարեկան և բարձր 19,114 Ավստրալիայի և ԱՄՆ-ի բնակիչների տվյալների վրա: Մասնակիցները բաժանվել են երկու խմբի. մեկը ամեն օր ստացել է 100 միլիգրամ ասպիրին, իսկ մյուսը՝ պլացեբո: Փորձի ակտիվ փուլը տևել է մի քանի տարի, որից հետո գիտնականները հետևել են կամավորների առողջությանը՝ առանց որևէ դեղորայք ընդունելու:
8.6 տարվա միջին հետազոտության ընթացքում հետազոտողները խմբերի միջև քաղցկեղի առաջացման հաճախականության առումով վիճակագրորեն նշանակալի տարբերություններ չեն հայտնաբերել։ Այնուամենայնիվ, լրացուցիչ վերլուծությունը ցույց է տվել, որ քաղցկեղից մահացությունը 15 տոկոսով ավելի բարձր էր այն մասնակիցների շրջանում, ովքեր նախկինում ասպիրին էին ընդունել։
Հետազոտողները նաև նշել են, որ այս ազդեցությունը աստիճանաբար թուլացել է կլինիկական փորձարկման ավարտից հետո: Հետազոտության հեղինակների կարծիքով, քաղցկեղի կանխարգելման համար տարեց մեծահասակների մոտ ասպիրինի ընդունումը սկսելը իմաստ չունի:
Գիտնականները ընդգծում են, որ ասպիրինի օգտագործման որոշումը պետք է կայացվի անհատապես և միայն բժշկի հետ խորհրդակցելուց հետո, այլ ոչ թե համընդհանուր առաջարկությունների հիման վրա։
