Եվրամիությունը օտարերկրյա գազի մատակարարներին պարտավորեցրել է հաստատել, որ իրենց արտահանվող վառելիքը ռուսական ծագում չունի: Համապատասխան ԵՄ խորհրդի բանաձևը հրապարակվել է «Եվրոպական Միության պաշտոնական հանդես»-ում, հաղորդում է Lenta.ru-ն:

Փաստաթուղթը վերաբերում է Թուրքիայից և Ադրբեջանից արտահանողներին: Նրանք ստիպված կլինեն ապացույցներ ներկայացնել Բուլղարիայի սահմանին տեղակայված «Ստրանջա-1/Մալկոչլար» կոմպրեսորային կայաններից մեկով մատակարարվող գազի ոչ ռուսական ծագման մասին: «Ստրանջա-2/Մալկոչլար» կայանը գտնվում է  մոտակայքում, հայտնում է «Թուրքական հոսք» գազատարի ծովային հատվածի ցամաքային շարունակությունը, որը նախկինում ռուսական գազ էր մատակարարում Արևելյան և Կենտրոնական Եվրոպայի երկրներին: 

ԵՄ խորհուրդը նշել է, որ մինչև վերջերս այդ երթուղիներով ռուսական վառելիքի զգալի ծավալներ էին մատակարարվում, ինչը հակասում է դաշինքի՝ ռուսական էներգիայի աղբյուրներից աստիճանաբար հրաժարվելու ռազմավարությանը: Կանոնակարգը պահանջում է «անվիճելի ապացույցների» տրամադրում, որ գազի ծագման երկիրը Ռուսաստանը չէ:

Մինչև մարտի 1-ն անդամ պետությունները պետք է պատրաստեն գազի մատակարարներին փոխելու ազգային ծրագրեր և բացահայտեն ռուսական ներմուծման փուլային դադարեցմանն առնչվող հնարավոր մարտահրավերները: Եվրոպական իշխանություններն ընդգծել են, որ ռուսական էներգետիկ ռեսուրսների, դրանց թվում՝ հեղուկ բնական գազի և նավթի շարունակական ներմուծումը կարող է բացասաբար անդրադառնալ տարածաշրջանի էներգետիկ անվտանգության վրա։

Ավելի վաղ ԵՄ ղեկավարությունը հաստատել է ռուսական գազի տարանցման արգելքը, որի լիակատար դադարեցումը նախատեսվում է 2027 թվականի սկզբին: Ազատված շուկայական մասնաբաժինը, ինչպես կանխատեսվում է, կբաշխվի Նորվեգիայի, Միացյալ Նահանգների, Մերձավոր Արևելքի, Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրների և Ադրբեջանի միջև:
