Ադրբեջանից ներմուծված բենզինի ազդեցությունը Հայաստանում գների վրա տեսանելի կլինի հունվար ամսվա գնաճի մեջ։ Այդ մասին, այսօր՝ փետրվարի 3–ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահ Մարտին Գալստյանը` պատասխանելով գնաճի վրա Ադրբեջանից բեռների ներմուծման գործընթացի ազդեցության վերաբերյալ հարցին։
«Նման վերլուծություն դեռ չունենք, որովհետև այդ ապրանքների քանակը և ծավալը բավականին սեղմ են և սահմանափակ։ Այնուամենայնիվ, մենք որոշակի ազդեցություններ կտեսնենք բենզինի ներմուծման արդյունքում, սակայն կարծում եմ, որ այդ ազդեցություններն էական չեն լինի։ ազդեցությոնը կախված կլինի զամբյուղում ներկրվող ապրանքի ունեցած չափաբաժնից»,– ասաց նա։
Ըստ նրա` եթե մենք ունենանք բաց սահմաններ, ապրանքների ու ծառայությունների ազատ տեղաշարժ` ներմուծման և արտահանման տեսանկյունից, դա դրական ազդեցություն է ունենալու մեզ վրա։
Պատասխանելով ԹՐԻՓՓ-ի հնարավոր ազդեցության վերաբերյալ հարցին՝ ԿԲ նախագահն ասաց. «Սրա մասին պետք է խոսենք այն դեպքում, երբ մենք առնվազն նախագիծն ունենանք թղթի վրա, ու կարողանանք վերլուծել ու հասկանալ, թե ինչ քայլեր են մեզ սպասվում, ովքեր են ներդրողները, ինչ ծավալի ներդրման մասին է խոսքը, ինչ ժամանակահատվածում և ինչ ուղղություններով։ Արդյոք այն լինելու է ուղղակի ներդրումներ, թե վարկային միջոցների տրամադրում, որոնք հետո մեր ընկերությունների կողմից կոնվերտացիայի է լինելու որոշակի աշխատանքի։ Ես հիմա զերծ կմնայի մեկնաբանությունից, որովհետև տեղեկատվության պակաս ունեմ»։
