Եվրոպայի անվտանգության և համագործակցության կազմակերպության խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի ձմեռային նստաշրջանի աշխատանքներին մասնակցելու համար ՀՀ ԱԺ պատվիրակություն կգործուղվի Վիեննա:

«Ղեկավարվելով «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորի գործունեության երաշխիքների մասին» օրենքի 5-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ մասով և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության աշխատանքային օրենսգրքի 209-րդ հոդվածով՝ կարգադրում եմ.

1.  Եվրոպայի անվտանգության և համագործակցության կազմակերպության խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի (ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ) ձմեռային նստաշրջանի աշխատանքներին մասնակցելու համար 2026 թվականի փետրվարի 18-21-ը Վիեննա (Ավստրիայի Հանրապետություն) գործուղել ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ-ում Ազգային ժողովի պատվիրակության ղեկավար, Ազգային ժողովի արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Սարգիս ԽԱՆԴԱՆՅԱՆԻՆ, պատվիրակության անդամներ՝ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորներ Մարիա ԿԱՐԱՊԵՏՅԱՆԻՆ, Արթուր ՀՈՎՀԱՆՆԻՍՅԱՆԻՆ, Լիլիթ ՄԻՆԱՍՅԱՆԻՆ, Լիլիթ ԳԱԼՍՏՅԱՆԻՆ, ինչպես նաև պատվիրակության քարտուղար, Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմի արտաքին կապերի վարչության միջազգային կազմակերպությունների բաժնի գլխավոր մասնագետ Մարիամ ՀԱՋԻ-ՀԱԿՈԲՅԱՆԻՆ:

2. Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-գլխավոր քարտուղար Դ. ԱՌԱՔԵԼՅԱՆԻՆ՝ գործուղման հետ կապված ճանապարհածախսի, օրապահիկի, ինչպես նաև  գիշերավարձի՝ ըստ փաստացի  կատարած ծախսերը հավաստող փաստաթղթերի վճարումը կատարել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2026 թվականի պետական բյուջեով Ազգային ժողովին այդ նպատակի համար հատկացված միջոցների հաշվին՝ հաշվի առնելով Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 23-ի «Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորների և Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմի աշխատողների՝ օտարերկրյա պետություններ գործուղումների կազմակերպման և գործուղման ծախսերի հատուցման կարգը հաստատելու մասին և Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի 2018 թվականի մայիսի 1-ի Կ-127-Ա կարգադրությունն ուժը կորցրած ճանաչելու մասին» Կ-364-Ա կարգադրության պահանջները»,- նշվում է որոշման մեջ:
