Չորեքշաբթի առավոտյան Նյու Յորք նահանգի Գոր Մաունթին ամերիկյան լեռնադահուկային հանգստավայրում տեղի է ունեցել մի միջադեպ, որը վախեցրել է տասնյակ հանգստացողների, հայտնում է NCPR պորտալը։

Մոտ 67 մարդ մնացել էր օդում, երբ դահուկային ճոպանուղին հանկարծակի կանգ առավ լանջի վերևում՝ մեխանիկական խափանման պատճառով։ Տեղական լրատվամիջոցների հաղորդմամբ, մեխանիզմը կանգնեցվել է անվտանգության կանոնակարգերին համապատասխան. համակարգի բաղադրիչները դուրս են եկել դասավորությունից, և սարքավորումները ավտոմատ կերպով անջատվել են։

Ուղևորները մի քանի ժամ մնացել են խցիկներում, մինչև փրկարարները պարանների միջոցով կազմակերպել են տարհանում: Իշխանությունների և հանգստավայրի աշխատակիցների խոսքով՝ ոչ ոք չի տուժել, և բոլոր հանգստացողներն անվտանգ իջեցվել են գետնին: Միջադեպը տեսանյութերի և մեկնաբանությունների ալիք է առաջացրել սոցիալական ցանցերում, որոնցից շատերը իրավիճակը անվանել են «անիրական փորձություն բարձրության վրա»:

«Մենք այս իրավիճակը շատ լուրջ ենք վերաբերվում և կանցկացնենք վերանայում», - ասաց նահանգապետ Քեթի Հոչուլը։

Գոր Մաունթինը հանրային լեռնադահուկային հանգստավայր է Նորթ Քրիքում, որը շահագործվում է Օլիմպիական տարածաշրջանային զարգացման մարմնի կողմից։
