Ֆինլանդիայի ամենամեծ արևային էլեկտրակայանի գործարկումը չի ընթացել ժամանակացույցով

Ֆինլանդիայի ամենամեծ արևային էլեկտրակայանի շահագործման հանձնումը լրջորեն հետաձգվել է։ Դրա գործարկումն արդեն հետաձգվել է մինչև հաջորդ տարի, գրում է eadaily.com–ը։

«Ֆինլանդիայի ամենամեծ արևային էլեկտրակայանը, որը շուտով կավարտվի Կալանտիում, Ուուսիկաուպունկի, լրջորեն հետ է մնում ժամանակացույցից։ 200 հեկտար տարածք զբաղեցնող արևային պարկը պետք է ավարտվեր անցյալ ամռանը, բայց նախագիծը դեռևս փորձարկման փուլում է», - հաղորդել է Helen ընկերությունը։

«Վերջին մեկուկես ամսվա ընթացքում ստուգումներ են անցկացվել։ Բոլոր միացումներն ու վերահսկողությունները ստուգվում են, այսպես կոչված ֆունկցիոնալության վերանայում առումով», - ասել է Helen էներգետիկ ընկերության  նախագծի ավագ ղեկավար Պետրի Պոլվիլամպին։ Նրա խոսքով ավարտի ամսաթիվը մնում է անհայտ, մասամբ կայանի չափսերի պատճառով։ Արևային էլեկտրակայանը բաղկացած է 12 արևային վահանակային զոնաներից, որոնցում տեղակայված են  380,000 արևային վահանակներ: Էլեկտրակայանի գնահատված հզորությունը 206 ՄՎտ է։

«Ներկայումս Հելենայում գործում են երկու արևային կայաններ՝ Նուրմիյարվիում և Լոհյաում: Դրանց համակցված հզորությունը կազմում է ընդամենը 10 մեգավատ: Հետևաբար, Կալանտի էլեկտրակայանն ինքնին 20 անգամ ավելի մեծ է, քան այդ երկուսը միասին վերցրած», - նշել է Իլեն։

Պետրի Պոլվիլամպին նաև հայտնել է, որ նախագծի խնդիրները և դանդաղ ավարտը հիմնականում պայմանավորված են կայանի չափսերով։ «Ամեն ինչ սկսվել է պլանավորումից, և ամեն ինչ ըստ պլանի չի ընթացել: Շինարարության ընթացքում անհրաժեշտ է եղել ձեռնարկել մի շարք ուղղիչ միջոցառումներ: Այլ կերպ ասած, շինարարության ուշացումները պայմանավորված են միայն նախագծային խնդիրներով», - ասել է էներգետիկ ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը։

Այնուամենայնիվ, մնացած նախատեսված արևային էլեկտրակայանների նախագծերից ոչ բոլորն են իրականացվել: Օրինակ Ֆինլանդիայի վերականգնվող էներգիայի ասոցիացիան գնահատում է, որ նախատեսված քամու էներգիայի նախագծերի միայն մոտ մեկ երրորդը կավարտվի։ Արևային էներգիայի վերաբերյալ նման կանխատեսումներ չկան, սակայն էլեկտրաէներգիայի ցածր գները արդեն իսկ հանգեցրել են Սատակունտայում երկու արևային էլեկտրակայանների չեղարկմանը։

Ֆինլանդիայի վերականգնվող էներգիայի ասոցիացիայի մենեջեր Կլաարա Տապպերը ասել է, որ գլխավոր հարցն այն է, թե արդյո՞ք կան գնորդներ վերջնական արտադրանքի համար այնպիսի գնով, որը թույլ կտա ներդրումային որոշում կայացնել։
