Ոտքերը` կանանց գլխավոր «զենքերից» մեկն է տղամարդկանց գրավելու համար: Առհասարակ, դրանք մարմնի ամենագեղեցիկ մասերից մեկն են:

Գարնան կարճանում են աղջիկների ու կանանց փեշերը, և զգեստապահարանը թարմացվում է կարճ զգեստներով և շորտերով:

Սակայն դրանք այնքան էլ գեղեցիկ չեն նայվում, եթե նախապես չես հոգացել ոտքերիդ գեղեցկության մասին: Եթե անգամ բնությունը քեզ շնորհել է գեղեցիկ, երկար ոտքերով, լրացուցիչ վարժությունները կօգնեն քեզ ձգտել ոտքերիդ մկանները:

Վարժություն 1.

Ոտքերը բացիր ուսերիդ լայնությամբ, մեջքդ պահիր ուղիղ և այնպես կքանստիր, կարծես պատրաստվում ես նստել երևակայական աթոռին: Եթե դժվարանում ես,  սկզբում կարող ես փորձել աթոռով: Վարժությունը կատարիր 12-14 անգամ:

Վարժություն 2.

Պառկիր կողքի վրա և վերևի ոտքդ բարձրացրու-իջացրու 8-10 անգամ, հետևիր, որ ոտքդ ձիգ լինի: Վարժությունն արա թե´ աջ, թե´ ձախ ոտքով:

Վարժություն 3.

Պառկիր մեջքիդ վրա, ձեռքերդ` աստղաձև դիր կողքերդ, ոտքերդ «հավաքիր» դեպի քեզ և տար դեպի ձախ, նորից «հավաքիր»  և տար դեպի աջ: Այսպես՝ 10 անգամ:

Վարժություն 4.

Մնա նույն դիրքով, ոտքերդ միացրու և 7-10 անգամ ձգիր վերև: Ուշադիր եղիր, որ մեջքդ հատակից չբարձրանա: Ընթացքում կարող ես դադար տալ մի քանի վայրկյան:

Վարժություն 5.

Պառկիր փորիդ վրա, ծնկներդ հավաքիր դեպի քեզ, հետո ձգիր ոտքերիդ թաթերը` ընդունելով կատվի դիրք: Այս վարժությունը կատարիր 7-10 անգամ, այնպես, որ մեջքդ չլարվի:

Սրանք, թերևս, ամենապարզ վարժություններն են ոտքերի մկանները ձգելու համար: Եթե չծուլանաս և օրական 10 րոպե տրամադրես այս վարժություններին, արդյունքն ակնհայտ կլինի: Այս վարժությունները կարող ես կատարել անգամ ֆիլմ դիտելիս, կամ երաժշտություն լսելիս:
